    Study on Structure Disease and Maintenance Method of Concrete at Upper Part of Common Highway Bridge

    Structure disease of concrete at upper part of common highway bridge is the key factor for maintenance and evaluation of bridge.Based on the analysis of 125common highway bridges with concrete girder structure in Tianjin City,the types of diseases,reasons and maintenance methods are analyzed in this paper.The research results show that the proportion of slab girder bridge,T girder bridge and box girder bridge is 70.4%,20.7%and 8.9%respectively.Six main disease types and seven main maintenance methods for common highway concrete bridges are summarized.The common disease of slab girder bridge is transverse crack at the bottom of girder with more than 61.1%incidence.And the common disease of T girder bridge and box girder bridge is vertical or oblique crack at the belly of girder with incidence of 64.3%and 75%,respectively.The most common maintenance method of slab girder is to repair in part,the utilization ratio of such method is up to 66.3%.The common maintenance method of T girder and box girder is deck reinforcement and fracture sealing,the utilization ratio is up to 50%and 83.3%,respectively.The research results show that the disease type incidence and maintenance method utilization of bridge are closely related with the structure forms of bridge.These research results will provide the reference for maintenance and reinforcement of bridge.

    Test and Numerical Analysis of Reinforcement Effect of Concrete Hollow Slab Girder with Carbon Fiber

    In order to study the reinforcement effect of concrete hollow slab girder with pasting carbon fiber,comprehensive comparison analysis of concrete hollow slab girder with or without carbon fiber was conducted to investigate the ultimate bearing capacity,mid-span deflection and steel strains through static loading test and finite element method.The test and numerical calculation results show that pasting carbon fiber can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of bridge with 13.3%increase.Pasting carbon fiber at the bottom of girder can enhance the bending rigidity against deflection,and effectively improve the tensile strength of steel in tension area of girder,as well as the capacity against deformation of exterior load.Hence the mid-span deflection and steel strain reduced amplitude of girder can reach 30%.Therefore,pasting carbon fiber can provide more safe condition for tensile strength of bottom of girder body.

    This paper introduces the design method of hardware system and software system of a 10kV intelligent dry transformer coil material detector.The detector can identify the transformer coil material without disassembling the transformer and without loss,and can also measure the characteristic parameters,direct resistance,and capacity of transformer.The field results verify the high reliability and convenient operation of the detector.

    Applied Research of Rational Formula in Hydrologic Analysis for Small Bridges and Culverts

    The rational formula method which belongs to hydrologic analysis and calculation methods of small bridges and culverts is widely applied in the industries of highway,railway and water conservancy at home and abroad because of its simple reasoning formula and clear physical conception of parameters.This paper summarizes the fundamental form of the rational formula systematically.Based on the application of different rational formulas and the comparison between the formulas and other methods,it proposes the existing problems of the rational formula in application,such as the uncertainty of calculation result,unnecessary connection between the calculation result precision and the formula structure,unobvious advantage of the rational formula compared with the empirical formula,and etc.In the end,the paper puts forward three suggestions,the first is to enhance the parameter research of runoff yield and concentration in watershed,the second is to develop the research on the rational formula structure,the third is to strengthen the research on the rational formula applicability in overseas.

    Application of Total Station Scanner in Monitoring of Silo Inclination

    Based on the observation of silo inclination,the advantages of the total station scanner in the monitoring of the building’s inclination deformation are analyzed in this paper.The Leica MS50total station scanner is used to scan and monitor the main body of the silo.The point cloud data is unified into the same independent coordinate system with free stationing and resection.After splicing,apoint cloud data model is formed,and the silo inclination is calculated.The measurement data of total station instrument is compared with the monitoring data of the total station scanner,and the difference between the silo inclined rate is within one thousandth,which is within the acceptable range.The traditional observation method has certain defects in its observation accuracy and cycle,which results in low observation accuracy,long cycle,and harsh environmental requirements during observation.It often fails to meet the needs of deformation monitoring operations.The Leica MS50total station scanner can acquire the point cloud data of the complete target.Compared with GPS and total station instrument,its density of mining point is high,which can express the details of the monitoring target,and has important value in the monitoring of silo inclination.

    The reasonable use of water resources is the inevitable requirement of sustainable development,as well as the essential condition of sustainable development,and it has a significant role in the sustainable development in our country.In this paper,starting from the connotation of sustainable development,the concept of water resources rational allocation and carrying capacity in the sustainable development is briefly analyzed.Then based on the relationship between water resources reasonable allocation and carrying capacity with sustainable development,the reasonable application strategy of water resources is put forward to provide guidance and reference for the future research work.

    The magnitude and variation of precipitation directly reflects the status of regional natural water resources.In this paper,the data of rainfall stations in Renqiu and its surrounding area is taken to analyze the variation of annual precipitation series in Renqiu by using the statistical method.The representativeness of the two annual precipitation series and the time-space variation of precipitation during the years from 1956to 2015and the years from 1981to 2015are also analyzed.

    In order to analyze the flood discharge capacity of Douhe River in section of Tangshan City after comprehensive improvement,this paper utilizes the measured data of transverse and longitudinal section in Douhe River of Tangshan section,and adopts the calculation formula of steady non-uniform flow in natural river to calculate the flood discharge capacity.Then it recons the flood level of the sections with different flood discharge capacity,finds out the water-blocking reach and section affecting flood discharge,and offers the measures and suggestions for promoting the capacity of flood.

    The surface water is lack in Hebei Province and the deep groundwater is overtaken seriously.So it is necessary to develop the micro-irrigation technology in Hebei Province.Taking the micro spray irrigation technology applied in 30edible mushroom sheds in Yangzhuang,Zhaowang Town,Dongguang County as the typical case,this paper discusses the planning and design method of micro-irrigation.After the implementation of the micro-irrigation system,the production and living conditions of the area are improved,the exploitation quantity of underground water is reduced,and the social benefit is significant and considerable.

    A field experiment was conducted to study the optimum nitrogen application of wheat-maize in the high,medium and low yield fields of salinized soil around Bohai Sea,as well as the effects of different nitrogen level on wheat-maize yield,nitrogen contribution rate and nitrogen utilization ratio.The results show that the suitable amount of nitrogen applied for high,medium and low yield fields of wheat is 225kg/hm2,225kg/hm2 and 180kg/hm2 respectively,and 225kg/hm2,180kg/hm2 and 135kg/hm2 of maize.The nitrogen contribution rate in the low and medium yield fields is larger than that in the high yield fields.The nitrogen absorption and untilization rate in the low yield fields is higher than that in the medium yield fields,and the rate in the medium yield fields is higher than that in the high yield fields.The nitrogen absorption and utilization rate and nitrogen partial productivity are decreased with the increase of nitrogen amount.The soil nitrogen supplying capacity in the high,medium and low yield fields of wheat is 82.2%,77.8%and 76.8%,that in maize fields is 81.9%,77.7%and 75.9%,respectively.

    A calculating method for judging the correlation degree between social network users is put forward in this paper.The method starts from the user’s background information,internet short text information and social information,respectively calculates their correlation degree,finally calculates the correlation degree of network users with the weighted sum.A good result has been achieved through the data experiment of 12 430people captured on the network.

    This design is to modify the cargo space to make it layered and adjustable,to keep the current couriers away from turning the whole cargo space up and down with all the cargoes of different shapes and sizes piled up at the same cargo space.According to the size or weight of the package,it is reasonable to divide the cargo space into three spaces,the upper,the middle and the lower space.The bottom surface of upper space is adopted with guide rail structure and the bottom surface of the middle space is adopted with parallelogram structure,both of which can be moved in parallel translation.The middle space and the lower space can be also adjusted according to the size of the package with usage of the electric telescopic rod.It is able to make the express simpler and more efficient with easier placing and picking,enlarge the load capacity,ensure the good condition of the items during loading and unloading in the express.The structure design is simple and reasonable,and the material of the parts is very common with low cost and easy market popularization.

    Taking the government purchase service of Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture of Bayinguoleng(Ba Prefecture for short)as an example,we combine with the research at home and abroad,analyse the problems in government purchase service of Ba Prefecture,such as incomplete policy,lack of government credit,uneven distribution of risk(through analysis of game theory).So we propose to establish a realistic mode including government,public,market(private capital)and independent supervision.Then through the ways of making legal regulation,establishing supervision system and cultivating talents,we provide the countermeasures and suggestions on PPP mode to improve the government purchase service,which has certain guiding significance and use value.
