This paper proposes a system model for auditing and tracing user behaviors in heterogeneous identity alliance.In order to audit the origin source of suspicious and malicious user behavior,distributed auditing is deployed through distributed agents in different alliance members.Uncertain user behaviors are checked in auditing cloud,fulfilled centralized audit and tracked for the source of the suspicious users.Thereby the system security and user privacy security of heterogeneous alliance are guaranteed.

Starting from the view of molecular hydrogen bonds and phase equilibrium,combining with the appearance and typical characteristics of salt scaling as well as analysis of test verification,this paper discusses on the salt scaling processing and internal corrosion mechanism of concrete.It puts forward the hypothesis of interfere force on negative ion,hypothesis of difference expanding stress,and hypothesis of freezing layered and flocculent crystal effects.Therefore,it explains and demonstrates the mechanism of concrete salt scaling from a theory completely.Meanwhile,it has shown the technological principles and ways on how to improve their ability to resist the concrete salt scaling,and along with the problems which need studying in the future.

In this paper,we summarized and analyzed five aspects of prefabricated high-rise steel structure system,including the seismic performance of prefabricated high-rise steel structure system,mechanical properties of framework and beam-column joints,stability of column and mechanical properties column flange connection,mechanical properties of truss beam and composite beam,mechanical properties and application of three-board system.We also summarized the existing research results and put forward the key problems needing further investigating for prefabricated high-rise steel structure system.

The flood forecasting period of small and medium-sized rivers in Hebei Province is short and it cannot meet the needs of flood control and dispatching work.Taking the upper reaches of Zijingguan Basin of Juma River in Haihe River Basin as the research object,and the rainfall as coupling variable,using the mesoscale numerical atmospheric model and three-dimensional assimilation technology,the accuracy of rainfall forecast is improved.Taking the assimilated rainfall forecasting information as input,the coupled distributed Hebei rainfall-flood model is utilized to forecast the rainfall in the basin.On the premise of ensuring the accuracy of flood forecasting results,the purpose of effective prediction of flood forecast period is achieved.The results will provide technical support for the flood prevention and flood loss reduction,and it has wide application value in small and medium-sized basins in China.

In late autumn of 2017(early October),Cangzhou was affected by the intersection of warm and wet air flow over peripheral subtropical high and cold air.The continuous rainfall process occurred in Cangzhou for four days.Based on the data,this paper analyzed the temporal and spatial distribution of the rainfall and its affection on the surface water,groundwater and soil moisture.The results show that the rainfall alleviated the draught,reduced the buried depth of groundwater,and increased the storage of lakes and river runoff.

Based on the basin hydrological cycle,we carried out the calculation with the coupling model of improved surface water SWAT model and groundwater Visual MODFLOW model.By means of ARCGIS technology,we realized the mutual transformation between the hydrological response unit(HRU)and grid(CELL),which is the minimum calculation unit simulation of SWAT model and Visual MODFLOW model.And we applied it in the groundwater simulation calculation in Pingshan County,Shijiazhuang City.The results show that the improved coupling model can precisely simulate and forecast the groundwater variation and the mutual function between the surface water and groundwater,which provides the reference for the local water ecological construction.

Water resources are the indispensable basic resources for human survival and social development.Cangzhou is one of the cities with severe water scarcity.Therefore,it is very important to develop and utilize water resources and protect water resources rationally.The purpose of the water balance test is to exploit the potentiality of water for enterprises,to find ways of saving water,and to improve water conservation awareness.In this paper,through the water technology and water balance test of No.2Branch of Hebei Tiancheng Pharmaceutical Limited Company,the assessment is made for water consumption of enterprises,the problems of water consumption management are put forward,and the suggestions for water management are proposed.

The urban impervious area ratio is increasing with the rapid development of the cities.The change of the underlying surface condition makes the rainfall-runoff process change obviously.Based on SWMM model,the Yude Garden District in Handan City is selected as the experimental area.According to the condition of the underlying surface,the area is divided into multiple sub basins,the process of runoff yield and concentration in the area is simulated in accordance with surface runoff yield and concentration and pipe network confluence.Through the comparative analysis of the artificial outflow process and simulation process,the SWMM model has better simulation effect of runoff process in the urban,which can be applied in other urbans.

Aiming at the problem of single raw material cutting,we establish a mathematical model of the problem based on the mode combining the single product arranging with different product nesting.Using the greedy strategy,we decompose the problem into sub optimal layout problem in every single raw material,and make full use of the remaining space in the process of product placing to improve the utilization rate of single raw material.Finally,the number of raw materials required for the product is the least,and the optimal cutting scheme is obtained.

This paper studies the contemporary domestic and foreign situation of leisure sports city construction and urban sports leisure space design.It analyzes the current situation and existing problems of leisure sports city construction and urban sports leisure space design in Cangzhou.It points out that we can build Cangzhou into a state-level leisure sports city with complete functions,distinctive features,attractiveness,and fascinating features by inheriting wushu culture and acrobatics culture and making use of the geographical features of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration as well as creating some comprehensive sports leisure space,open sports leisure space and flexible sharing sports leisure space.
