    Study on Seismic Reinforcement Measures and Schemes of Irregular Frame Structures

    In this paper,the SAP2000finite element analysis software was applied to model the original frame of an existing irregular plane framework in Tianjin and the elastic-plastic time-history was analyzed.The BRB damping and anti-torsional reinforcement scheme was proposed based on the analysis results and the characteristics of the project.Compared with the original frame,the period ratio of BRB frame was reduced by 26%,torsional displacement ratio was decreased by 15%;decreasing of inter-story displacement angle could reach 31%and the maximum displacement angle of the top layer could be controlled within the scope of the code.The results indicate that BRB not only increases the anti-lateral stiffness of the structure,but also improves the seismic performance of the structure,which is an effective approach to control torsional effect of irregular structures.

    Stress Analysis of Sunshine Temperature in Concrete Filled Steel Tube Arch Bridge

    In order to study the distribution of temperature self-stress in the cross section of concrete filled steel tube arch ribs under the action of sunshine,taking the Xixi River Bridge of Chenggui railway as the background,the two-dimensional model of the cross section of the real abdominal arch rib at the arch and the cross section of the dumbbell shaped arch at the vault was established by the finite element software ANSYS,and the temperature self-stress of the two types of cross sections was analyzed by the indirect method.The results show that the difference between the calculated temperature values of the key points of the arch ribs and the measured temperature values is small.The calculated temperature values of each node can be used as the loading conditions for solving the temperature stress.At 2p.m.,the temperature difference of the cross section is maximum,reaching 23.19℃,the most unfavorable temperature difference.The stress distribution of the dumbbell shaped section is similar to the stress distribution of the upper chord tube of the real abdominal section.The junction of the steel tube and the concrete section is under the compressive stress and the core concrete is under the compressive stress.Through the study of the temperature self-stress of the cross section of the complex arch rib,this paper provides a certain theoretical basis for the safety design of the concrete filled steel tube arch bridge under the effect of temperature effect.

    In this paper,by using STC89C52RC SCM and wireless transmission module,through the PWM control mode,a kind of automatic target control system is designed.The control system realizes the wireless lifting and reversing control of the target,which is easy to control and operate.It requires fewer number of devices and less investment,which can meet the requirements of general civilian shooting training venues after the test.

    In order to accurately evaluate the water-saving society construction level of all counties(city,district)of Cangzhou,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of water-saving society in line with the regional characteristics of Cangzhou based on the 15core evaluation indexes screened to be representative and strongly operational.According to the construction of water-saving society of Cangzhou and the application of current comprehensive evaluation methods,the Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied in this paper to evaluate Huanghua and Suning as two examples after the weights of various elements in the index system have been determined.The results show that the construction level of watersaving society of Huanghua and Suning is in good condition.

    As a typical measure of low impact development(LID),the rainwater garden is widely used in the construction of the whole“sponge city”.In this paper,as the studied area,the storage detention effect of a university campus is simulated according to different conditions of combination of permeable pavement,green roof and rainwater garden and different percentage of rainwater garden by applying SWMM model,including the reduction rate of flood peak,the delay time of the flood peak and the reduction rate of the total runoff.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the suggestions of the application of rainwater garden in the construction of“sponge city”especially in hilly regions are proposed.

    According to the water monitoring materials of Shahe,the fuzzy synthetic model of the sections of Shahebinhecun,Shifokou and Xiaoji in Tangshan section is established to determine the weight coefficient of pollution factors and evaluate the water quality of Tangshan section of Shahe.The evaluation results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can reflect the water quality objectively and provide more objective basis for water resources utilization and comprehensive management of water environment.

    According to the advantages of AC variable frequency speed regulation,such as good speed regulation performance,large speed regulation range,obvious power saving effect,and convenient fixing due to small size of the inverter,the development status and theoretical basis of AC speed regulation are analyzed and studied in this paper.On the basis of existing technology,aplan designing the upper computer interface based on LabVIEW is designed by using serial communication to control the lower computer Siemens mm440transducer,and then using the transducer to control the three-phase asynchronous motor YZA5632Sto realize asynchronous motor’s frequency control.In this design,the transducer can be controlled effectively and the real-time asynchronous motor’s rotate speed can be read,which makes it easier to adjust the speed of asynchronous motor.

    Under the guidance of the policy about strengthening the production and development technology of recycled materials in the“13th Five-Year”plan of the Ministry of Housing,the proposal of applying recycled aggregate to the project of fair-faced concrete is put forward in this paper.The preparation process of recycled aggregate concrete is designed and the effect on the performance index of recycled aggregate concrete with different volume rates of anti cracking fiber is analyzed by the experiment,so as to give the suggestion of volume rates of fiber.In view of the lack of quality of recycled aggregate concrete in actual engineering,the deficiency is analyzed from the aspects of template engineering,surface color difference and surface porosity.The reasons and optimization suggestions to the deficiency are put forward.

    As the core link of the technology application of simply supported box girder of railway bridge,the standardized control of concrete construction technology is not only helpful to improve the construction quality of concrete engineering,but also has great influence on the integrated stability and safety of the simply supported box girder railway bridge.On the basis of expounding the construction connotation of post-tensioned method for the simply supported box girder railway bridge,the application flow and technical requirements of current construction technology are expounded,and the preparation,construction organization,material application of concrete construction,quality control and safety assurance are systematically analyzed in order to improve the quality of concrete construction,and then promote the further development of simple box girder railway bridge project.

    With the continuous upgrading of Internet technology and image processing technology,the users have gradually enhanced their aesthetic tastes through numerous page views.The web design concept of overly similarity cannot attract users any more.How to use the computer image processing technology to optimize web design solutions has become a new topic.In this paper,the application methods of computer image processing technology in webpage design are discussed by analyzing the transformation of contemporary web design concepts and applicability requirements and the application dimension of computer image processing software in webpage design.The direction and method of processing technology are further clarified to provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of web design solutions.

    The current UAV technology is increasingly favored and recognized in various fields.It is light,fast and real-time and is widely used in many areas such as search,rescue,geospatial systems and mobile sensor networks.However,it is difficult to get access to the commercial UAV because of the expensive price.In this paper,a low-cost UAV architecture is established by combining non-commercial UAV and conventional image sensor;and a drone data acquisition system is designed by applying open source software to design drone control system and image recognition system.The system can enable the drone continuously measure the automatic route planning of the target to generate real-time location information.The simulation test results indicate that the low-cost UAV architecture and data acquisition system consisting of low price non-commercial UAV,free open source software,general purpose sensor,open source data transfer protocol and image recognition system can process the sensor data effectively and reflect the ground state and trend accurately.

    With the rapid development of Hebei's higher education,universities in Hebei have carried out large-scale infrastructure construction.However,the limited financial resources lead to the shortage of funds,and it is extremely urgent to seek diversified financing channels.In this paper,the current financing state of Hebei universities is investigated,the deep impact on Hebei education of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei reform is analyzed,and suitable financing models for the infrastructure construction of Hebei universities are proposed.

    With in-depth advancing of the rail transportation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,the rail transit industry keeps high demands of qualified talents.As a result,how to meet the rapid development of regional rail transit industry and the qualified talents based on its own characteristics is now becoming an important subject for Hebei Public Training Base.Literature research,survey,interview,statistical analysis and summarizing methods are applied in this paper.The characteristics of the needs for qualified talents especially the skillful personnel are concluded.The main problems of Hebei Public Training Base in cultivating skillful talents to meet the demands of regional rail transit industry are found and analyzed and then the corresponding measures and suggestions to the problems are proposed in this paper.Meantime,it provides references of sustainable development for Hebei Public Training Base thereby achieve the goal of promoting the regional economic growth.
