    Criteria of Gravity Independence in Multiphase Thermal Fluid System

    Microgravity multiphase thermal fluid dynamics is a newly formed interdisciplinary subject motivated by the rapid progress of space engineering,especially the manned spaceflight.Its topics include the fundamentals of flow,heat and mass transfer of multiphase thermal fluid system in low and microgravity in space,as well as their applications.The gravity effect is one of the key problems in the field of microgravity multiphase thermal fluid dynamics,which has attracted wide attention.In this paper,the main progress of gravity-independent criteria in multiphase thermal fluid systems is reviewed exhaustively.Three kinds of gravity-independent criteria based on the dominant force,single bubble behavior in flow boiling,interfacial wave in gas-liquid two-phase annular flow and flooding in slug flow are analyzed and discussed in detail to improve the understanding of their theoretical and/or empirical bases and to promote further research.The results are helpful for the research and development of multiphase thermal fluid technology in space applications,as well as for those in ground applications,such as micro-channel multiphase thermal fluid system.

    Study on Theory of Payments for Ecosystem Services Income Allocation

    The income allocation of Payments for Ecosystem Services(PES)usually refers to the cash payment or material rewards for the ecological protectors to subsidize their behaviors of adding service values in ecosystem.At present,the method of PES income allocation has been extensively studied.However,the period of implementation of PES projects is long,the operation and management cost is high,and the results of protection hardly represent the PES investment.As a convenient means of payment,the mobile payment can effectively solve the problem of imbalanced distribution of PES income at the key stage of PES implementation.Mobile payments can be combined with microfinance,micro-insurance and other regional/watershed poverty alleviation activities to achieve diversified payments.For Cambodia,China,Tanzania and the Philippines,where mobile capital conversion rate is high,mobile payments can be used to accumulate social funds to deal with the emergencies during the process of ecological protection.The allocation of income combined with mobile payments can reduce the transaction costs and meet high frequency trading needs of funds in protection activities.The income allocation method of PES based on mobile payment is useful to improve payment privacy,allocation transparency rate and safety.As a result,it is an effective and fair way to realize regional/basin PES income allocation.

    ET Based Analysis on Water Saving Effect of Subsurface Drip Irrigation on Winter Wheat

    To explore the new efficient water-saving irrigation mode suitable for the field crops in middle southern Hebei and effectively reduce the irrigation water for crops,especially for winter wheat,the experimental study of water consumption of winter wheat by different embedded depth of droppers under subsurface drip irrigation is carried out and the water consumption,yield and water utilization rate of winter wheat under different mode of subsurface drip irrigation and pipe irrigation are compared for the purpose of saving water and stable yield.Through the analysis of change of soil water content at different depths and the water utilization rate after irrigation,and in combination with the production practice,it is suggested that the suitable embedding depth of drip irrigation pipe is 25~30cm;The results of variance analysis of water consumption and yield show that the difference of water consumption and production under different irrigation modes is significant.The results of correlation analysis show that the water consumption and yield of winter wheat under subsurface drip irrigation mode is expressed in a single peak curve.Compared with pipe irrigation,subsurface drip irrigation doesn’t show obvious advantage in increasing production in trial period.But in the case of similar yield,the quota of subsurface drip irrigation reduced 60mm than that of pipe irrigation.According to the results of the experiment,if subsurface drip irrigation is carried out in all the well irrigation areas of middle southern Hebei,the water-saving potential will be tremendous and the effect will be remarkable.

    Effect Analysis of New and Old Concrete Connection Forms on Interface Properties under Shear Action

    In order to analyze the influencing factors of properties of new and old concrete interface,a new conjunction mode anchored by three-dimensional steel mesh mat between interface is presented in this paper.Based on the“Z-shaped”concrete joint members,shear tests were carried out for new and old concrete joints with different interface connection forms,and the mechanical properties of different interfaces are comparative analyzed.The results show that when the interface of concrete is repaired by interfacial bonding or reinforcing bar bonding,the shear strength of the structure can only recover to about 30%of the uncracked state,and the failure mode is obvious brittle failure.When the concrete interface is anchored by three-dimensional steel mesh mat,the shear strength of the structure reaches 72.5%of the uncracked state,and its failure form is ductile failure.

    From the perspectives of behavior psychology and cognitive psychology,the theoretical setting principles of the National Standard of Road Traffic Signs and Markings:part 2traffic signs(GB5768.2-2009)are interpreted.Through the practical summaries and studies in recent years,some problems are put forward for discussion according to some concrete contents of traffic signs such as the information elements,threshold amount of information,recognition pattern,and setting method.Finally,according to the cognitive characteristics of Chinese characters and regional features of road network,a corresponding solution is proposed by combining with the dynamic cognitive psychological application mode.

    Based on the principle of PSR model,this paper establishes a mathematical model of coastal eco-environment in Bohai New Area,through which the migration path of pollutants with water flow is simulated so as to determine the distribution law of pollutant concentration and quantity in each area.The evaluation index of ecological environment is also determined and a comprehensive evaluation of the coastal eco-environment in Bohai New Area is made to provide basic data for the coastal zone ecological protection planning in Bohai New Area.

    According to the problem of large error in the traditional measuring method for phase difference,this paper presents a digital measuring method for phase difference based on FFT spectral analysis,and builds a measuring system for phase difference by using the ARM's processor Cortex-M3core STM32F103.Through the FFT transformation of 64sampling points in a period and withdrawal of the fundamental wave parameter,the phase difference of measured signal is obtained and shown on the LCD.The structure of this system is simple,the cost of hardware is low,and the processing speed is fast.Through the test,this digital measuring system has an effective resolution accuracy of 1degree.

    The transformation of GNSS elevation and leveling normal elevation is a key project in the modern construction of benchmark.The randomness in the process of selecting the center value of radial basis function often cause the unsatisfactory fitting results of the fitting model of RBF network.Based on the research of regularization of RBF neural network,a center optimized model is established in this paper by applying robust estimation to the determination of the value of network hidden layer.Through the fitting test of engineering data in a small range of a county,the results show the advantages of the anti-error optimized model that the external coincidence accuracy of the model can reach centimeter level,which can meet the requirements of general engineering applications.

    In recent years,the planning system has been developing vigorously.As a result,there are many types of formats of planning data,such as dwg,word,excel,jpg,et cetera.In order to build and improve the planning system quickly,it is particularly important to deal with the various formats of data quickly and efficiently.In this paper,Jiangnan concentration of Chizhou is taken as an example.Based on establishing reasonable entry criteria and coding for all kinds of planning data,the planning result data in batches is processed in AutoCAD by using LISP language and then is imported into ArcGIS.A standardized data set of planning results is established by using different formats of planning results reasonably.As a result,the space database can be built effectively by connecting oracle database through ArcSDE and data supporting will be provided for the planning system.

    Study on the Coupling and Coordination Pattern between Urban Land Use and Economic Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

    Through the study on the land use efficiency of 13cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the land use mode in the region.Based on the panel data of 13cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2009to 2015,an empirical study was conducted on the relationship between regional land use and economic development by constructing a coupling coordination model.From 2009to 2015,the coupling and coordination levels of Beijing,Tangshan and Chengde have declined while the coupling and coordination levels of other cities are growing;The overall coupling degree of urban land use and economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is low,which is a type of mildly dysfunctional recession,and the internal development of the region is not balanced.There is a positive correlation between land use and economic development in 13cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the spatial agglomeration characteristics are obvious.According to the spatial differentiation characteristics of regional land use economic benefits,a differentiation strategy should be formulated to maximize the benefits of land use.

    The prefabricated building has the advantages of short construction period,high building quality,energy conservation and environmental protection,etc.,which conforms to the requirements of the times and has become the new trend of China's construction industry.In response to the national call,Canzhou City is vigorously developing prefabricated buildings.In this paper,the current development status of prefabricated buildings in Cangzhou and the factors that restrict the development of prefabricated buildings from six aspects are analyzed through investigation and research,and the targeted countermeasures are proposed.
