Abstract: In recent years,the planning system has been developing vigorously.As a result,there are many types of formats of planning data,such as dwg,word,excel,jpg,et cetera.In order to build and improve the planning system quickly,it is particularly important to deal with the various formats of data quickly and efficiently.In this paper,Jiangnan concentration of Chizhou is taken as an example.Based on establishing reasonable entry criteria and coding for all kinds of planning data,the planning result data in batches is processed in AutoCAD by using LISP language and then is imported into ArcGIS.A standardized data set of planning results is established by using different formats of planning results reasonably.As a result,the space database can be built effectively by connecting oracle database through ArcSDE and data supporting will be provided for the planning system.

摘要: 近年来,规划一张图系统蓬勃发展,但是规划成果数据种类繁多,涉及.dwg,.doc,.xls,.jpg等多种格式类型,因此对各类规划数据建立合理的入库准则和编码,快速高效地处理各种类型的规划成果数据尤为重要。文中以池州市江南集中区为例,在制定合理的数据入库准则和编码的基础上,通过在AutoCAD中使用LISP语言批量处理规划成果数据,将处理好的数据导入ArcGIS中,再合理使用不同格式的规划成果类型,建立规范的规划成果数据集,通过ArcSDE连接oracle数据库,可以高效地建立空间数据库,为规划一张图的建设提供数据支撑。
