Abstract: As the core link of the technology application of simply supported box girder of railway bridge,the standardized control of concrete construction technology is not only helpful to improve the construction quality of concrete engineering,but also has great influence on the integrated stability and safety of the simply supported box girder railway bridge.On the basis of expounding the construction connotation of post-tensioned method for the simply supported box girder railway bridge,the application flow and technical requirements of current construction technology are expounded,and the preparation,construction organization,material application of concrete construction,quality control and safety assurance are systematically analyzed in order to improve the quality of concrete construction,and then promote the further development of simple box girder railway bridge project.

摘要: 作为铁路桥简支箱梁技术应用的核心环节,混凝土施工工艺的规范化控制,不仅有助于混凝土工程施工质量的提升,更对简支箱梁铁路桥整体的稳定性和安全性具有重大影响。文中在阐述铁路桥简支箱梁后张法施工内涵的基础上,就当前施工工艺的应用流程和技术要求进行阐述,并就混凝土施工的作业准备、施工组织、材料应用、质量控制和安全保证进行系统分析,以期有利于混凝土施工质量的提升,进而促进简支箱梁铁路桥工程的进一步发展。
