Abstract: In order to further study the construction technology of high pier of super large bridge, taking the Taipeng section LJ08-2 of Yinkun Expressway as an example, the implementation points and results of high pier construction of super large bridge are analyzed. In view of the key links and difficulties in the construction of high pier of super large bridge, effective construction measures are adopted. The practice shows that the construction of the high pier of the super bridge can be completed efficiently by using the large fixed steel formwork (tilting mold) as the means of forming the high pier of the super bridge, controlling the formwork lifting and concrete pouring, and controlling the line shape of the high pier. And to achieve the goal of 100% quality acceptance, saving the comprehensive benefit of 124,800 yuan for the enterprise, not only ensures the construction progress and safety of the large bridge high pier, but also achieves good economic and social benefits, which has reference value and application guidance significance for similar projects.

摘要: 为了深入研究特大桥高墩施工技术,以银昆高速太彭段LJ08-2标段为例,重点分析了特大桥高墩施工的实施要点和成效。针对特大桥高墩施工的关键环节和难点,采取了有效的施工措施方法。实践表明,采用大块定型钢模板(翻模)作为特大桥高墩成型的手段,同时把控好模板吊装及混凝土浇筑,并做好高墩线形控制,能够高效完成特大桥高墩的施工并实现质量验收100%的目标,为企业节约成本12.48万元,既保证了特大桥高墩的施工进度和安全,也实现了良好的经济效益和社会效益,对类似工程具有参考价值和应用指导意义。
