Abstract: Starting from the view of molecular hydrogen bonds and phase equilibrium,combining with the appearance and typical characteristics of salt scaling as well as analysis of test verification,this paper discusses on the salt scaling processing and internal corrosion mechanism of concrete.It puts forward the hypothesis of interfere force on negative ion,hypothesis of difference expanding stress,and hypothesis of freezing layered and flocculent crystal effects.Therefore,it explains and demonstrates the mechanism of concrete salt scaling from a theory completely.Meanwhile,it has shown the technological principles and ways on how to improve their ability to resist the concrete salt scaling,and along with the problems which need studying in the future.

摘要: 文中从分子次级键和水盐相平衡的观点出发,结合混凝土冻害现象、典型特征和试验验证分析,探讨了混凝土盐冻形成的过程和内在机制,提出了阴离子干扰作用力假说、差异化膨胀应力假说、分层结冰与絮状结晶效应假说。由此,从理论上比较完整地解释和论证了混凝土盐冻作用的机理。同时,指出了提高混凝土抗盐冻能力的技术原理和技术途径,以及今后需要深入研究的几个问题。
