    Dynamic Properties of Coconut Fibre Reinforced Concrete Encased by BFRP Tube

    Coconut fibre reinforced concrete ( CFRC) encased by basalt fibre reinforced polymer ( BFRP) tube has excellent strength and ductility,but fewer researchers considered its dynamic properties such as the damping characteristics and energy absorption capacity. In this study,24 long cylindrical BFRP tube encased CFRC beams with inner diameter of 100 mm and length of 520 mm are prepared. These specimens contain four types of layer arrangements of BFRP tubes,i. e. 0-layer,2-layer,4-layer and 6-layer tube confined PC and 0-layer,2-layer,4-layer and 6-layer tube confined CFRC. The dynamic properties including the natural frequency,dynamic modulus of elasticity and damping ratio are examined using the impact loading test. The results reveals that coconut fibre can improve the damping of the structure,but reduce the dynamic modulus of elasticity and fundamental frequencies,while the BFRC tube can decrease the damping of the structure,but increase the dynamic modulus of elasticity and fundamental frequencies.

    Study on Reinforcement Effect of Common Highway Bridge Concrete Hollow Slab Girder with Steel Plate

    Based on the static loading tests,this paper studies the changes of bottom deflection,cracks and bearing capacity of hollow slab girder in the loading process of concrete hollow slab girder reinforced by pasting steel plate at the upper part of common railway bridge. And it uses the finite element method to carry out the numerical simulation. The test and numerical simulation results show that compared with the hollow slab girder without steel plate,the ultimate bearing capacity of slab girder with steel plate can be increased more than 53. 3%. Pasting steel plate can remarkably improve the flexural rigidity of girder,the properties against deformation of hollow slab girder,and effectively enhance the tensile strength of steel in tension area of girder. Hence the deflection and steel strain in middle span of girder can be reduced at least 40% and 50%,respectively. Moreover,the hollow slab girder reinforced by pasting steel plate tends to have a gradually plastic failure mode.

    Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of pumping station inspection,a pumping station inspection system based on Android system is designed. Based on 2-dimensional bar code technology,GPS positioning technology,and 3G/4G mobile communication technology, the system includes such modules as the pump control module,equipment patrol module and personnel management module. It realizes the paperless management,intelligent management and automation management. Finally,the system performance is tested and the results show that the system can effectively meet the actual needs.

    Study on Calculation Method of Early Warning Index of Flood Disaster in Small Watershed

    Based on the statistical analysis of rainfall and flood data in Kuangmengou watershed,this paper chooses the rational formula method and the local experience formula method to calculate the warning index of the flood disaster. In order to test the applicability of the method,it analyzes the rainstorm flood data from 1996 to 2016,determines the calculation method of flood disaster warning index,and deduces a set of formulas suitable for the basin rainfall warning. The formulas can be adopted to achieve the real-time rolling disaster forecast,reduce the damage caused by mountain torrents. At the same time,the method has some referential significances for the nearby basin with no data.

    In this paper,the characteristics of“7. 26”rainstorm process and“8. 2”rainstorm process in 2017 in Cangzhou are analyzed and campared. Based on the data,the water passing in rivers,water storage in lakes,waterlogging in urbans,and change of underground water level after the two rainstorms are analysed.

    There are a large amount of cracks at the bridge piers of Chifeng-Daban-Baiyin railway,which threat the driving safety. So we should analyse,repair and reinforce the structural cracks to improve the structure safety and prolong the service life. Through the detection and analysis of pier diseases in Machang extra-large bridge such as the body cracks,body concrete strength,and carbonization degree of concrete,this paper experimentizes and analyses the operation performance of the bridge. It adopts the structure analysis software ANSYS to achieve the simulation calculation of the stiffness,amplitude and natural frequency of bridge piers,studies the influences of pier diseases on the safety,and puts forward the effective methods to repair and reinforce the piers.

    Based on the quality and quantity of water resources in Fenhe irrigated area,the principle of water supply is made. The water resources system in Fenhe irrigated area is classified into three subsystems,and the scheduling model of water resources system is established. Taking the annual average minimum water shortage as the object,and two cascade reservoirs as the core,the conventional dispatching principle of water resources system is established. Taking the annual average minimum water shortage as the main object,and the maximum volume of electricity production as the secondary,the optimization of water resources system is conducted. Based on the delaminating sequence method,the multi-object is translated into single-object,that is to say,while the feasible solution can meet the main object,the optimum solution meeting the secondary object is chosen. Compared with the conventional dispatch result,the optimized result shows that the comprehensive water supply capability of reservoir is improved,the average diversion of underground water for years is reduced,the interval average water diversion is increased,the guarantee rate of irrigating water and ecological water is improved obviously,the average generated energy for years and the water quality during power generation time are increased. So the method is reasonable and feasible.

    The pumping station is located at the bottom of Tanggu Menggang Paihe River in Tianjin Binhai New Area,which integrates the function of drain,water storage and water diversion. This paper explains the design idea of the pumping station from such aspects as the unit selection,selection and layout of building structure form,scheme design of foundation treatment,and determination of operation mode. The operation of pumping station shows that the overall layout is compact,the technique is feasible,the management is convenient,and the opera tion is well.

    When the pile foundation in subway substation is designed,if the construction sequence of substation pile foundation and subway tunnel cannot be determined,the influence of different construction sequence on substation and subway tunnel should be considered. Taking 110kV Sheng’an substation in Wuxi metro as the example,on the condition that the construction sequence of substation pile foundation and subway tunnel cannot be determined,the influence of pre-stressed high strength concrete pipe pile ( PHC pipe pile) and bored pile on the structure of substation and tunnel under different construction sequence is compared,the bored pile is selected for pile foundation in substation. Based on the characteristics that the engineering geological feature and the equipment are sensitive to settlement,the pile raft foundation is adopted.

    Aiming at the cutting stock problem,based on the traditional manual cutting method,combined with the actual cutting method and cutting process characteristics,the computer aided calculation and optimization of the cutting plan are completed. The programming processing and complicated mathematical calculations are not needed in the method processing,and the method can naturally meet“guillotine cutting”when the raw materials are in horizontal and vertical direction,and can make the whole process convenient,fast and efficient.

    Since the information of university teachers'workload is not fully released,the teachers cannot normally understand the relationship between their own work and their income. In order to solve this problem,we develop and design a college teaching workload query system based on ASP. NET technology,which puts the teachers’workload information to the campus LAN for teachers’self-service query. If the teachers find the errors and leak items in workload calculation,they can timely communicate with the teaching administrators to correct the problems.So the teachers can be guaranteed to get their own labor income.

    In order to guarantee the spheroid machining accuracy and surface quality to meet the requirements of the drawing design,make the valve gain excellent sealing performance and low operating torque,and prolong the service life of the valve,this paper introduces that the top hole is used as the same positioning benchmark for the ball turning and grinding,the reasonable processing technique is developed to ensure the tolerance and position accuracy of the workpiece to meet the drawing requirements.

    Study on Hebei Industrial Structure Adjustment Based on Location Quotient Theory

    Irrational industrial structure and low industry level are the two limited factors affecting the economic development of Hebei Province. To find out the weak links of industrial structure in the regional economic development,this article studies the industrial structure of Hebei Province with the data of statistical yearbook of China and Hebei from 1978 to 2015 based on Location Quotient Theory. The research results show that,the first industry and second industry in Hebei Province take a high proportion,the development of the third industry is insufficient.Furthermore,in the second industry,the development of various industries is unbalanced,and the development of Hebei’s economy is excessively dependent on the traditional industries such as iron and steel,leather industry and so on. This article also puts forward some practical suggestions. Firstly,Hebei Province should continue to strengthen and optimize the development of dominant industries to enhance industrial competitiveness. Secondly,it is necessary to cultivate strategic emerging industries to build a new industry competitive advantage. Lastly,it is essential to constantly improve the level of modern service industry.

    In order to correct the misunderstanding of gift giving and lottery drawing after“business tax changed to value-added tax”,the data reasoning method is adopted in this paper. It is verified that the refined decoration,appliance and furniture given by developers should not be regarded as selling. The cost of appliances and refined decoration should not be included in the development cost of land value-added tax,and the scheme of lottery drawing can save more tax.
