Joint Operation of Water Resources in Fenhe Irrigated Area

Based on the quality and quantity of water resources in Fenhe irrigated area,the principle of water supply is made. The water resources system in Fenhe irrigated area is classified into three subsystems,and the scheduling model of water resources system is established. Taking the annual average minimum water shortage as the object,and two cascade reservoirs as the core,the conventional dispatching principle of water resources system is established. Taking the annual average minimum water shortage as the main object,and the maximum volume of electricity production as the secondary,the optimization of water resources system is conducted. Based on the delaminating sequence method,the multi-object is translated into single-object,that is to say,while the feasible solution can meet the main object,the optimum solution meeting the secondary object is chosen. Compared with the conventional dispatch result,the optimized result shows that the comprehensive water supply capability of reservoir is improved,the average diversion of underground water for years is reduced,the interval average water diversion is increased,the guarantee rate of irrigating water and ecological water is improved obviously,the average generated energy for years and the water quality during power generation time are increased. So the method is reasonable and feasible.
