Abstract: There are a large amount of cracks at the bridge piers of Chifeng-Daban-Baiyin railway,which threat the driving safety. So we should analyse,repair and reinforce the structural cracks to improve the structure safety and prolong the service life. Through the detection and analysis of pier diseases in Machang extra-large bridge such as the body cracks,body concrete strength,and carbonization degree of concrete,this paper experimentizes and analyses the operation performance of the bridge. It adopts the structure analysis software ANSYS to achieve the simulation calculation of the stiffness,amplitude and natural frequency of bridge piers,studies the influences of pier diseases on the safety,and puts forward the effective methods to repair and reinforce the piers.

摘要: 赤大白铁路线上桥梁墩身出现大量裂缝,威胁行车安全,应对结构裂缝进行分析、修补、加固以提高结构安全,延长使用寿命。通过对马场特大桥墩身裂缝、墩身混凝土强度、混凝土碳化深度等病害进行检测分析,对桥梁运营性能进行试验分析,并采用结构分析软件ANSYS对桥墩的刚度、振幅及自振频率进行模拟计算,研究墩身病害对安全性的影响,提出桥墩修补加固的有效方法。
