    Criteria for Dominated Force Regime Map in Multiphase Thermal Fluid System

    The gravity effect is one of the key problems of microgravity multiphase thermal fluid dynamics,which has attracted wide attention.In the present paper,focusing upon the gravity-independence,the up-to-date progress of the research on dominated force regime map in multiphase thermal fluid system is reviewed comprehensively based on analyzing main forces which can act as an opposite side of gravity in multiphase thermal fluid system.A dominated force regime map and the corresponding criteria for the boundaries between adjacent regimes are presented.The future directions are also discussed and pointed out to deepen the research.The results are helpful for the research and development of multiphase thermal fluid technology in space applications,as well as for those in ground applications,such as micro-channel multiphase thermal fluid system.

    Conveying water under ice sheet is an important way of open channel water conveyance in high latitude area,if it is controlled improperly,the disasters such as ice jam and ice dam will occur.Combining with the charateristics of open channel water conveyance in ice age,this paper puts forward that the constant level mode before sluice is suitable for open channel in ice age.In the process of open channel running in ice age,the flow Froude number should be controlled within 0.08~0.09to guarantee the stability of ice sheet.Since the ice sheet roughness changes in the process of water conveyance,to adopt the proper control algorithm and to guarantee the stability of constant level before sluice is the key for improving the safety running in ice age.The reasonable ice boom does not only promote the formation of ice sheet,but also improves the water conveyance ability in ice age,as well as the response capacity on extreme ice damage.

    Influence of Structure Parameters on Self Vibration Characteristics of Deck Type Long Span CFST Arch Bridge

    The research on the dynamic characteristics of bridge structure is the foundation to study the seismic performance of bridge structure.Taking Xixi River Bridge as the background,this paper established a numerical model using the finite element software MIDAS CIVIL,it analysed the influence of structure parameters such as arch column supporting,main arch steel ratio,arch span ratio on the dynamic characteristics of the Xixi River Bridge,and obtained the influence law of the parameters on the dynamic characteristics of bridge structure.The results show that the lateral stiffness of the Xixi River Bridge is smaller than the longitudinal stiffness,out-plane stability problems must be considered;K-type supporting structure stability is the highest,which is conducive to the control of arch rib lateral deformation,and can improve the torsional stiffness of bridge;the bridge structure vibration frequency reduces with increasing span ratio;and increasing the ratio of steel arch rib can improve the stability of structure.

    In order to study on the influence of rock content on soil-rock mixture compactness,a compactness test method in laboratory was designed through self-made test box.Firstly,based on the analysis of curves of soil-rock mixture settlement under different compaction energy,the soil-rock mixture standard tamping times under the existing experimental conditions was confirmed.Secondly,the soil-rock mixture compactness of different rock content under standard tamping times was counted,the change curve of soilrock mixture compactness with different rock content was analysed,and the linear regression model was raised.In the end,the earth pressure cell was used to verify the stress uniformity in soil-rock mixture under tamping test,the test reliability was ensured.The results show that this method is not only suitbale for the compactness test of soil-rock in laboratory,but also reduces the impact of compactness deviation because of rock discreteness in soil-rock mixture.The method has certainly guiding significance for engineering.

    In this paper,ZigBee technology and GPRS technology are used to design remote meter reading monitoring system based on internet of things.Through monitoring the operation data of conventional devices and the meter data in power system,the meter data acquisition can be achieved remotely.The system improves the level of automation and intellectualization of power meter reading.

    In order to solve the problems of the rural sewage treatment equipment,such as wide distribution,strong independence,and difficulty in centralized management,based on remote GPRS communication technology,configuration control technology and on-site wastewater treatment and control system technology,a remote monitoring system for sewage treatment based on MBR technology is designed.Firstly,the comparison of common domestic sewage treatment processes is made.Secondly,the MBR sewage treatment process and the composition of the overall monitoring system are introduced.Finally,the realization of remote communication technology and the results of water quality parameters are introduced.The actual operation proves that the system can realize the real-time centralized monitoring and management of all sewage treatment site scattered in the village,and can control the sewage treatment equipment operation based on the data collected by detection instrument,so as to ensure the sewage treatment system to have good operation condition and reduce the human and financial investment.

    Inconsistency Flood Frequency Analysis and Design Flood Calculation under Environmental Change in Daqinghe River Basin

    In order to calculate the design flood in Daqinghe River basin under environmental change,the observed inconsistency flood data of 8sub-watersheds in Daqinghe River basin were used to calculate the design flood with the reduction method.Then the inconsistency flood frequency analysis models were established considering the model parameters varying over time,and the design flood in every sub-watershed was calculated under environmental change.The results showed that the model parameterμwas constant in Angezhuang and Hengshanling,and it decreased over time in Fuping,Longmen,Wangkuai,Xidayang,Zhangfang and Zijingguan.Compared with the design flood under stationarity,the design flood peak decreased under environmental change,moreover,the design flood peak reduced more significantly for floods with larger return periods.The results indicated that the revision of design flood was necessary under environmental change.

    The engineering of large section power cable has been used widely,but the reliability analysis on the selection of their matching fixtures and brackets is scarce.Taking 220kV 2 500mm2 large section power cable as an example,this paper introduces the calculation and determination of the relevant parameters of the large section cable laying,analyzes the force situation of the fixture and the bracket supporting the cable in details,and presents the choice method of the fixture and bracket.The views have an important reference role for the design and construction of large section power cable.

    Preliminary Study on Drought Index of Winter Wheat in Cangzhou Area

    According to the growth characteristics of winter wheat in Cangzhou City,this paper took the average precipitation from October to December during 1956~2016and the average precipitation from January to May in the next year as the growth period water supply quantity of winter wheat,it also took the water supply and crop water requirement ratio as the actual drought index,and then analyzed and calculated the drought condition of winter wheat in natural state in Cangzhou.In almost every year in the past 60years,the winter wheat showed different degrees of drought,and the year of heavy drought and extreme drought reached 83%of the total year.This result shows that in winter wheat growing period also called non-flood season,the precipitation in Cangzhou is seriously insufficient,resulting in serious shortage of water resources,serious restriction of agriculture production,and effect on the ecological environment.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate and implement the water-saving measures,such as developing water-saving agriculture,improving the planting structure and other measures,so as to ensure the normal development of agricultural production and the continuous improvement of the ecological environment.

    In order to adapt to the characteristics of sunshine in different regions,and effectively use the solar energy to ensure the stabile operation of solar hot water system,a solar water heater control system is designed by using Arduino microcomputer to test level,temperature,and by using Kunlun Wotai touch screen to display and control.The system adopts modbus485protocol to realize the communication between SCM and touch screen.According to the system time,it can select the suitable seasonal operation mode adaptively.According to the detected temperature and liquid level,the system runs automatically,including automatic access of electric auxiliary heat and long-term outage into the antifreeze cycle.In order to adapt to different regions and user needs,the system can also ensure the users to set up the parameters based on the needs and site conditions.According to the actual operation results,it can effectively guarantee the hot water supply,and reduce the use of electricity.

    In July 5,2016,the National Authority Affairs Administration and National Development and Reform Commission issued the“13th Five-Year”plan to save energy resources of public institutions,which specified the energy efficiency targets of this period.To achieve the goals,it is necessary to take the service model of contract energy management.In this paper,we briefly introduce the contract energy management,and take the energy saving management in urban heating as the starting point,which is the main bottleneck of implementing the public institutions energy saving targets during the 13th Five-Year plan in Hebei Province.Based on the investigation on over thirty government departments,heat-supply enterprises and energy saving service companies,we analyze the possible problems in the implementation of heat metering and charging policy as well as contract energy management,put forward the reasonable suggestions,and come up with the development prospects for heating energy saving management of contract energy management in Hebei Province.

    A resource-conserving society is coming,in which building energy conservation occupies an important proportion.The building energy saving standard has been promoted for over 30years,however,with little effect.Based on the building energy-saving status in Cangzhou,the main obstacles encountered in the promotion and the corresponding countermeasures are analyzed.It is found that the administrative power of government plays a more leading role than the market mechanism.Building energy-saving promotion is a systematic project,which requires overall coordination.It is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors under the government scientific guidance to achieve the energy-saving goal.
