现浇简支箱梁双层贝雷梁支架法预拱度控制技术

Abstract: With the widespread application of the Bailey beam support method in the construction of cast-in-place box girders, especially in the design of double layered Bailey beams with single span when crossing existing highways and rivers, it is particularly important to control the pre arch degree based on the pre compression test. In this article, combined with the pre compression test of the double layered Bailey beam support method for the Yingpanshan Bridge on the Menghua Railway, we will elaborate on the process, purpose, and significance of the pre compression test. By organizing and analyzing the preloading data, the required pre arch degree for the template was determined, providing a basis for guiding the construction of box girder concrete pouring. It is hoped that this can provide some reference experience for similar bracket construction in the future.

摘要: 随着贝雷梁支架法在现浇箱梁施工中的广泛应用,特别是在跨越既有公路、河流时双层贝雷梁单跨式的设计就更为突出,而在预压试验的基础上预拱度的控制尤为重要。对此结合蒙华铁路营盘山大桥双层贝雷梁支架法的预压试验,阐述预压试验的过程、目的和意义。通过对预压数据的整理分析,得出了模板需要设置的预拱度,为指导箱梁混凝土浇筑施工提供了依据,为类似支架法施工提供了一些可借鉴的经验。
