Abstract: The steel box girder on the arch of Nujiang Fourth-line Super-large Bridge is constructed by the support method after scheme comparison. This paper carries out the design and working condition analysis of the support on the arch, and studies the key points and key technical measures of the hoisting construction of the steel box girder on the arch. The synchronous construction of steel box girder and steel-concrete composite beam is realized. The structure is stable and the linear control precision is high in the construction process. The smooth closure of steel box girder and steel-concrete composite beam is completed, which provides a reliable basis for the construction of steel box girder and steel-concrete composite beam of deck arch bridge.

摘要: 怒江四线特大桥拱上钢箱梁通过方案比选后采用支架法施工,进行了拱上支架设计与工况分析,研究了拱上钢箱梁吊装施工的要点及关键技术措施,实现了钢箱梁与钢混结合梁顶推的同步施工。施工过程中结构稳定,线性控制精度高,完成了钢箱梁与钢混结合梁的顺利合龙,为上承式拱桥钢箱梁与钢混结合梁施工提供了可靠依据。
