Abstract: For Xucun super large bridge with a calculated span of 88m, the construction scheme of beam before arch and support is adopted. In order to ensure the safety of the bridge construction process and provide calculation basis for construction monitoring, taking full account of the factors such as arch rib composite section, stress concentration, support stiffness and construction process, the finite element modeling analysis of the bridge structure in the construction stage is carried out by using Midas software, and the calculation results are analyzed. According to the bridge finite element calculation results and experience, a detailed bridge construction monitoring scheme is designed. The construction practice shows that the bridge detection data is highly consistent with the calculation data in the process of bridge construction monitoring, which shows that the monitoring calculation and analysis of the bridge is accurate and the construction monitoring is accurate and reliable.

摘要: 88 m计算跨度的许村特大桥,采用了先梁后拱、支架施工的方案。为了桥梁施工过程的安全,同时也为施工监控提供计算依据,在充分考虑拱肋组合截面、应力集中、支架刚度、施工过程等因素,采用MIDAS软件对桥梁结构进行了施工阶段有限元建模分析,并对计算结果进行了分析。根据桥梁有限元计算结果,结合经验,设计了详细的桥梁施工监控方案。施工实践表明:桥梁检测数据与桥梁施工监控过程中的计算数据吻合度高,这表明该桥梁的监控计算分析准确,施工监控精准可靠。
