    Research on Siamese Target Tracking Algorithm Based on Attention Mechanism

    In order to further improve the performance of Siamese for the object tracking,in this paper, the backbone of SiamMask was redesigned on the attention mechanism. Firstly, the frame of the backbone of Siamese was modified. Secondly, the improved algorithm and the original SiamMask algorithm were trained and verified in the Microsoft COCO 2017 dataset. Finally, in the Validation set, the original SiamMask algorithm was compared with the improved algorithm to evaluate the performance of the improved algorithm. The results show that under the condition of the same ability of computing and datasets, the Siamese based on attention mechanism has about 2% improvement of IOU over SiamMask.

    Path tracking is an essential part of intelligent transportation systems,which takes into account the task of controlling the vehicle along the established path and driving safety. Based on the above background, this paper conducts a research on the lateral control of unmanned vehicles. Firstly, the complicated vehicle dynamics model is simplified and a 2-DOF(Degree of Freedom) model is set up. Secondly, a FSMC(Fuzzy Sliding Mode Controller) with adaptive switching gain adjustment is designed in order to reduce the chattering problem caused by the conventional SMC. Finally, a joint simulation platform is built based on Simulink/Carsim, and the experiment based on FSMC is carried out. Simulation results show that the FSMC has good performance such as high precision of path tracking and robustness.

    In view of the problems that the manual scheduling of auxiliary transportation in a mine is not timely enough to deal with emergencies and the degree of intelligence is low, an intelligent scheduling platform for auxiliary transportation in coal mines is designed. Firstly, according to the actual situation of a mine, the auxiliary transportation platform architecture is built,which combined with UWB positioning technology, real-time positioning of auxiliary equipment. The collected data is transmitted by specific interface protocol. After processing and analyzing, the platform obtains effective data. Through TCP/IP protocol, the auxiliary transportation equipment and materials of the whole mine are scheduled. The platform realizes the intelligent scheduling of underground equipment transportation materials, real-time monitoring of underground materials, personnel and equipment in the well dispatching room, statistical analysis of equipment data and digital management.

    A 4-DOF exoskeleton rehabilitation training robot, which improves the shortcomings of the current rehabilitation robot, such as single motion joint and limited rehabilitation training space. According to the size standard of human upper limb, the three-dimensional model of the robot is drawn by SolidWorks, and the forward kinematics model of the robot is established according to DH method. The correctness of the model is verified by MATLAB. The kinematics simulation of the model by ADAMS verifies that the structure can realize multi joint compound rehabilitation training without interference. At the same time, the robot workspace is simulated and analyzed to verify that the robot workspace matches the daily activity workspace of human upper limbs, which can meet the requirements of upper limb rehabilitation training. And the trajectory planning of arm lifting and elbow flexion rehabilitation movement is carried out by using MATLAB, which verifies that the whole rehabilitation movement is stable and reasonable.

    Taking the shield construction between Lu channel station and Shuanggang station of Tianjin Metro Line 6 as the background, the aim is to control the non-uniform settlement of the geological shield in water-rich sand layer through the building continuously. By using finite difference software is used for numerical simulation, this paper analyzes the non-uniform settlement force caused by shield tunneling through buildings, and provides theoretical guidance for the construction, analysis and determination of the building under the shield tunneling parameters of the accurate value range. Through the analysis of numerical simulation and actual monitoring data, the shield under the building will produce uneven settlement, but reasonable construction measures will not cause large damage to the building; In order to control the settlement and ensure the safety of the building, it is necessary to reinforce the weak parts of the building and the interval tunnel by grouting.

    Taking a high-speed railway of a passenger dedicated line as the background, there are multiple tunnel base arching phenomena during the operation of the line, the cause mechanism of tunnel base arching is studied. Numerical simulation methods are used to study the strength attenuation of surrounding rock, the thickness of inverted arch and the ratio of inverted arch to span. The three-factor three-level orthogonal test was carried out by using the range analysis method to analyze the data of the model test results to obtain the main and secondary factors affecting the arching phenomenon of the railway tunnel’s basement. The improvement of the invert structure and the anchor bolt injection were adopted to simulate the treatment effect after the two treatment measures. The research results show that the main and secondary factors affecting the up arching phenomenon are the changes in the strength of the surrounding rock and the thickness of the inverted arch. The simulation results show that the increase in the thickness of the inverted arch and the rise-span ratio of the inverted arch can effectively reduce the occurrence of changes in the up arch, and After the bolt grouting treatment was carried out, the force change of the tunnel base was significantly improved, which verified the feasibility of the disease treatment plan.

    Evaluation on Cement Improvement Effect of Baigou River Silt

    Taking Baigou river bank silt as an example, in order to make effective use of Baigou river bank silt, samples are prepared according to different compactness and different cement content, and the samples are saturated after curing for different times. The variation laws of physical and mechanical parameters such as maximum dry density, optimal moisture content of bank silt in natural state and permeability coefficient, compression modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle (triaxial UU test) in saturated state are analyzed. The results show that  with the increase of cement content, the maximum dry density and optimal moisture content also increase. With the increase of cement content, age and compactness, the main physical and mechanical parameters increase, but their variation ranges have obviously different characteristics and regularity. This study provides theoretical data and basis for in-situ utilization of silt in Baigou river slope treatment.

    Response of Streamflow to Land Use Changes in Wangkuai Reservoir Watershed

    The land use changes was one of the important factors to streamflow. Taking Wangkuai Reservoir watershed as the study area, based on the land use data in 1980, 2005 and 2010, ArcGIS 10.3 software and SWAT model was used to analyze the change characteristics and relationships of land use and steamflow. The results showed that: 1) Forest land and grassland are the main land use types in the Wangkuai Reservoir watershed. During 2005 to 2010, 1889.99 km2 of grassland was converted to forest land. 2) The SWAT model had good applicability in this watershed. The average annual streamflow showed decreased trend, which decreased by 0.51×108 m3 from 2005 to 2010. 3) The area of forest land and streamflow changes were significantly negatively correlated (p<0.01), and grassland area was significantly positively correlated with streamflow changes (p<0.01). This research could supply scientific support for the water resource and land use scheme in Wangkuai Reservoir watershed.

    Taking the cantilever construction of a typical corrugated steel web continuous beam bridge as the engineering background, this paper analyzes and introduces its structural design, carries out the overall analysis of the whole bridge with Midas civil software, and uses ANSYS software to model the zero block and carry out spatial stress analysis. The results show that there is a large tensile stress in the zero block, which should be paid attention to in the future design and construction. The calculation and analysis results can provide reference for the design and construction of this type of bridge.

    For Xucun super large bridge with a calculated span of 88m, the construction scheme of beam before arch and support is adopted. In order to ensure the safety of the bridge construction process and provide calculation basis for construction monitoring, taking full account of the factors such as arch rib composite section, stress concentration, support stiffness and construction process, the finite element modeling analysis of the bridge structure in the construction stage is carried out by using Midas software, and the calculation results are analyzed. According to the bridge finite element calculation results and experience, a detailed bridge construction monitoring scheme is designed. The construction practice shows that the bridge detection data is highly consistent with the calculation data in the process of bridge construction monitoring, which shows that the monitoring calculation and analysis of the bridge is accurate and the construction monitoring is accurate and reliable.

    In order to improve the efficiency of spare parts management, this paper applies text similarity algorithms such as cosine similarity and TF-IDF similarity algorithm to spare parts management. By mapping the text into space vector and calculating the vector, the text comparison is converted into numerical comparison. The functions of similar spare parts recognition, similar spare parts classification and spare parts retrieval are realized. This paper provides a new idea for spare parts management.

    In order to solve the problem that the testing equipment for air tightness, water tightness and wind pressure resistance of building exterior doors and windows is not updated in time, the control system is constructed by combining Siemens 200smart series PLC with ForceControl configuration software. Its lower computer is composed of PLC, air pressure sensor, wind speed sensor, frequency converter and fan to realize the monitoring of air pressure, displacement collection of 6 analog quantities, such as wind speed and output of fan frequency. Based on the development of force control software, the upper computer software can realize 6 detection methods such as air tightness grading detection, air tightness engineering detection and water tightness grading detection, and realize the functions of viewing real-time curve, historical curve, historical data, generating table, quality identification and so on. After test, the device can complete a series of tests required by GB/T 7106-2019 and meet the quality inspection requirements. The test results show that the device has strong practicability, which can provide users with accurate data and curves, and provides a practical tool for the quality inspection of doors and windows.
