Abstract: The prefabricated building has the advantages of short construction period,high building quality,energy conservation and environmental protection,etc.,which conforms to the requirements of the times and has become the new trend of China＇s construction industry.In response to the national call,Canzhou City is vigorously developing prefabricated buildings.In this paper,the current development status of prefabricated buildings in Cangzhou and the factors that restrict the development of prefabricated buildings from six aspects are analyzed through investigation and research,and the targeted countermeasures are proposed.

摘要： 装配式建筑具有建造工期短、建筑质量高、节能环保等优势,顺应时代要求,是我国建筑业的发展方向。沧州市响应国家号召,正在大力发展装配式建筑。文中通过调研,分析了沧州市装配式建筑的发展现状,从6个方面分析了制约沧州地区装配式建筑发展的因素,并有针对性地提出对策和建议。
