Abstract: Facing the promotion of urban function and increasing demand for high-quality travel service as well as the rapid popularization of internet travel mode，it is crucial to enhance the service quality of Nanjing’s public transport.Based on the analysis of the current situation，this article analyzes the shortcomings and problems in the system，puts forward strategies such as deepening the supply side structural reform，optimizing the details of travel elements，precise infrastructure delivery，intelligent management improvement，and defining the implementation path for improving the quality of public transport service in the new period.

摘要： 面对城市功能定位和居民出行品质需求不断提升、互联网出行方式迅速普及等新挑战,南京市公共交通亟待高质量转型发展。在分析南京市公共交通发展现状的基础上,深入剖析公交系统发展短板与面临问题,提出深化供给侧结构性改革、出行要素细节优化、基础设施精准投放、智能化管理提升等发展策略,明确新时期南京公共交通服务品质提升的实施路径。
