基于“三生空间”的土地利用功能转型与生态环境效应研究——以密云水库上游流域为例

Abstract: This dissertation is based on the territoria development model of “production space, living space and ecological space”. From the perspective that the transformation of land use function drives the change of regional ecological structure and service function, and with the help of “3S” technology, this paper uses the methods of land use transfer matrix, ecological environment quality index and ecological contribution rate of land use transformation to quantitatively analyze the 2000-2019 changes in land use, transfer characteristics and ecological environment effects in Zhangcheng area, northwestern Hebei province, in the upper reaches of Miyun Reservoir.The results show that: (1) From 2000 to 2019, the overall land use in the study area was characterized by a decrease in the area of agricultural production land, and a continuous increase in forest-grass ecological land and urban/rural living land. (2) The overall ecological environment index showed a steady and slightly increasing trend from 0.7227 in 2000 to 0.7261 in 2019. It can be seen that the ecological environment index is relatively high, which mainly benefits from the unique woodland and grassland resources in the study area. (3) There are two phenomena of improvement and deterioration of the ecological environment quality index in the process of land use transformation. Ultimately, the two offset each other into a growth trend. During the study period, the dominant factor affecting the change of ecological environment was the mutual conversion among grassland ecological land, agricultural ecological land and woodland ecological land. From 2000 to 2010, the main contribution to the growth of the ecological environment index came from the conversion of grassland ecological land and agricultural ecological land to forest ecological land, with a contribution rate of 91.65%. From 2010 to 2019, the increase in the ecological environment quality index was nearly four times that of the previous decade. In addition to the dominant factors, it also benefited from the conversion of a large amount of agricultural production land to grassland ecological land during the period, with a contribution rate of 31.97%.

摘要: 基于“三生空间”国土开发模式,从土地利用功能转型驱动区域生态结构、服务功能改变的角度出发,借助“3S”技术,运用土地利用转移矩阵、生态环境质量指数及土地利用转型生态贡献率等方法,定量分析了2000-2019年间密云水库上游流域河北省西北部张家口、承德地区土地利用变化、转移特征及生态环境效应。结果表明:(1)2000-2019年,研究区土地利用整体呈现农业生产用地面积减少,林草生态用地、城镇/农村生活用地不断增加的特点;(2)生态环境指数整体呈现稳中略增的趋势,从2000年的0.7227增长到2019年的0.7261,生态环境指数相对较高,这得益于研究区得天独厚的林地和草地资源;(3)土地利用转型过程中,同时存在生态环境质量指数改善和恶化两种现象,最终两者相互抵消成增长趋势。研究期间影响生态环境改变的主导因素是草地生态用地、农业生态用地与林地生态用地三者之间的相互转换,2000-2010年间生态环境指数的增长主要贡献来源于草地生态用地和农业生态用地转为林地生态用地,二者贡献率为91.65%;2010-2019年间生态环境质量指数涨幅是前十年的近4倍多,除主导因素外,还得益于期间大量农业生产用地转为草地生态用地,贡献率为31.97%。
