Effect Analysis of New and Old Concrete Connection Forms on Interface Properties under Shear Action

新老混凝土界面连接形式对其界面剪切作用特性的影响分析

Abstract: In order to analyze the influencing factors of properties of new and old concrete interface,a new conjunction mode anchored by three-dimensional steel mesh mat between interface is presented in this paper.Based on the“Z-shaped”concrete joint members,shear tests were carried out for new and old concrete joints with different interface connection forms,and the mechanical properties of different interfaces are comparative analyzed.The results show that when the interface of concrete is repaired by interfacial bonding or reinforcing bar bonding,the shear strength of the structure can only recover to about 30%of the uncracked state,and the failure mode is obvious brittle failure.When the concrete interface is anchored by three-dimensional steel mesh mat,the shear strength of the structure reaches 72.5%of the uncracked state,and its failure form is ductile failure.

摘要: 为了研究新老混凝土界面连接性能的影响因素,文中提出一种新型三维钢筋网垫用于新老混凝土界面的锚固连接,并基于"Z形"连接的混凝土构件试样,针对采用不同界面连接形式的新老混凝土结合体进行剪切试验,对比分析不同连接界面的力学特性。结果表明:通过界面粘接或植筋连接对混凝土进行界面修复时,结构的抗剪强度仅能恢复到未开裂状态下的30%左右,其破坏形式为明显的脆性破坏;而通过三维钢筋网垫进行混凝土界面锚固后,结构的抗剪强度达到了未开裂状态的72.5%,其破坏形式为延性破坏。
