在新老混凝土界面设置三维钢筋网垫的力学性能数值分析

Abstract: Interface properties of new and old concrete is one of the important factors for concrete maintenance.Herein,a new type of conjunction mode reinforced by three-dimensional steel mesh mat has been put forward and used in practical concrete repairing project.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,numerical simulation of new-old concrete composite slab model of bridge strengthened with three-dimensional steel mesh mat is carried out to compare and analyze the connection property of the two different concrete interface bonding models.The results show that after installing three-dimensional steel mesh mat between the new and old concrete interface,the integrity of the structure is significantly improved,the stress transfer performance becomes better and the displacement on the joint surface decreases obviously under the same load.

摘要: 新老混凝土界面粘结性能是影响混凝土路面修补效果的重要因素之一,通过在界面设置新型三维钢筋网垫来改善新老混凝土连接性能,并基于ABAQUS有限元软件对采用三维钢筋网垫加固的混凝土路面进行数值模拟,对比分析有无三维钢筋网垫设置时混凝土界面连接性能,分析结果表明:新老混凝土界面间设置三维钢筋网垫后,混凝土路面结构的整体性显著提高,界面应力传递趋于均匀且性能更好,在相同荷载作用下,结合面上的位移明显减小。
