Abstract: In combined cycle units, to prevent the accumulation of combustibles in the downstream flow path and space and ensure the safety of downstream equipment of the gas turbine, startup purge of the gas turbine is a necessary safety operation. In situations where the combustible gas composition and concentration in the downstream flow path cannot be reliably or directly measured, a sufficiently long purge before startup is the only means to ensure equipment safety. However, in the case of F-class gas turbine with rigid connections in single-shaft arrangements, the total weight of the rotor often reaches several hundred tons, which can lead to an increase in auxiliary power consumption and a decrease in startup flexibility. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the duration of the startup purge reasonably.

摘要: 在联合循环机组中,为避免可燃物在下游流道和空间内累积,保证燃机下游设备的安全,燃气轮机启动清吹是必要的安全操作。在不能可靠或直接测量下游流道内的可燃气体成分、浓度情况下,启动前进行足够长时间的清吹是唯一确保设备安全的手段。但F级燃机在采用单轴布置刚性连接的情况下,转子总重量高达百吨级,导致厂用电率的升高和启动灵活性的降低,因此需要合理地确定启动清吹时长。
