某ALC生产企业余汽热回收节能改造设计

Abstract: In recent years, ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) has been widely used in the construction market. During the production process of ALC, the autoclave requires a large amount of hot steam, resulting in higher energy consumption for ALC production. In order to reduce energy consumption in ALC production, improve steam utilization, enhance enterprise production efficiency, and lower production costs, this article designs an autoclave waste steam heat recovery system for a certain ALC production enterprise, calculates and analyzes its energy-saving effect.Compared with the original reverse and exhaust steam systems, the residual steam heat recovery system has many advantages. It is expected to recover an additional 1 203 497 300 kJ of heat annually, saving 33 430 m3 of natural gas and approximately 150 400 yuan in economic expenses. The economic payback period for this renovation system is approximately 4.12 years.

摘要: 近年来,蒸压加气混凝土(ALC)在建筑市场中得到了广泛应用。ALC在生产过程中,蒸压釜需要消耗大量热蒸汽,因此ALC的生产能耗较高。为了降低ALC生产能耗、提升蒸汽利用率、提高企业生产效率和降低生产成本,文中为某ALC生产企业设计一种蒸压釜余汽热回收系统,并对其节能效果计算分析。该余汽热回收系统与原倒汽、排汽系统相比,具有许多优势,预计每年可多回收1203497300kJ热量,节约33430m3的天然气,节省经济支出约15.04万元,改造系统的经济回收期约为4.12年。
