Abstract: China is currently the world's largest energy consumer, with a significant proportion of carbon emissions in the construction industry. In order to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction in existing buildings, China has explicitly required government agencies and other public institutions at all levels to monitor energy consumption in real-time. In order to investigate the use of energy resources by government agencies, achieve scientific, rational, and efficient energy use, improve energy utilization efficiency, and reduce energy waste, an energy audit method was adopted to analyze the energy consumption structure and consumption indicators of a government agency in Hebei Province, comprehensively understand the use of energy resources, tap into energy-saving potential, and propose rational energy-saving suggestions to achieve the goal of strengthening energy management and improving energy efficiency, providing reference for similar public institutions in energy auditing and energy-saving renovation.

摘要: 我国目前已是世界第一能源消费大国,建筑行业碳排放量所占比重较大,为了推动既有建筑的节能降耗工作,我国已明确要求各级政府机关等公共机构对能源消耗状况进行实时监测。为了调查政府机关能源资源使用情况,做到科学、合理、高效用能,提高能源利用率,减少能源浪费,采用能源审计的方法对河北省某政府机关用能结构和消耗指标进行分析,全面了解能源资源使用状况,挖掘节能潜力,提出合理化节能建议,达到加强用能管理,提高节能水平的目的,为相似的公共机构能源审计及节能改造提供参考。
