农村住宅能耗及设计参数敏感性分析

Abstract: In order to explore the energy consumption performance of rural residential buildings and the sensitivity of factors affecting energy consumption, a rural concave residential building in Anhui province was taken as a typical building. DeST-h software was used to analyze the heat transfer coefficient of external wall, heat transfer coefficient of external window, heat transfer coefficient of roof, solar heat gain coefficient of external window, heat disturbance of light and ventilation ventilation times. The influence of these parameters on the total annual building load of rural residential buildings and the change of energy saving rate of each influencing factor are studied, and the sensitivity of these parameters is analyzed. It is found that the sensitivity order for the total load of such rural buildings is as follows: external window heat transfer coefficient, external wall heat transfer coefficient, ventilation times, roof heat transfer coefficient, solar heat gain coefficient of external window and lighting heat disturbance power, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the energy-saving transformation of rural houses in China.

摘要: 为探究农村住宅能耗表现及影响能耗因素的敏感性大小,以安徽农村凹型住宅建筑作为典型建筑,采用DeST-h软件,对外墙传热系数、外窗传热系数、屋面传热系数、外窗太阳得热系数、灯光热扰功率和通风换气次数等进行分析,研究了这些参数对农村住宅全年建筑总负荷的影响及节能率的变化,并对这些参数敏感性进行了分析。研究发现,农村建筑总负荷参数敏感性的排序为:外窗传热系数>外墙传热系数>通风换气次数>屋面传热系数>外窗太阳得热系数>灯光热扰功率,为我国农村住宅的节能改造提供理论依据。
