Abstract: The system uses KingView 7.5 configuration software as the development platform, s7-300 PLC as the core of the system. Various sensor signals in the field equipment layer was acquired by distributed I/O, and after filtering, amplifying, A/D conversion and other operations, the signals are transmitted to the upper computer through the Ethernet. Using the CPU314C-2PN/DP of Siemens S7-300 PLC series as the central control equipment, the automatic control of sewage treatment system and real-time monitoring of detection parameters and running parameters was realized,and the system equipment running status and automatic fault alarm can be recorded.This control system uses industrial computer to remote control the sewage treatment system, which can monitor the sewage treatment process intuitively and dynamically. It has the advantages of low cost, highly automatic, stability, reliability and easy maintenance.

摘要: 系统以组态王7.5 SP5组态软件为开发平台,以S7-300 PLC作为系统的核心,主要通过分布式I/O采集现场设备层各类传感器信号,信号经过滤波、放大、A/D转换等各种运算处理后通过以太网上传到上位机。采用西门子公司的S7-300 PLC系列的CPU314C-2PN/DP为中央控制设备,实现了污水处理系统的自动化控制并实时监控检测参数和运行参数,可记录系统设备运行状态、自动故障报警等。采用工业计算机对污水处理系统进行远程控制,可直观、动态监测污水处理过程。该控制系统具有成本低、自动化程度高、性能稳定可靠、易维护等优点。
