某城市输水渠道工程土质隧洞内部缺陷处理及工艺对比

Abstract: This paper takes the soil tunnel of a long-distance water transmission channel project as the research background, in which the operation life of the tunnel continues to increase, the soil tunnel keeps running at full load for a long time, and there may be leakage, cracks, erosion pits, insufficient strength of concrete components and excessive deformation inside, which will affect the normal operation of the whole channel. Through the field investigation, the artificial investigation and detection of hidden dangers inside the tunnel, cracks, leakage, erosion pits and other defects and problems in different degrees inside the tunnel were found. According to the classification of defect problems, three different construction methods, technological processes and repair materials were used to carry out professional repair of the three types of defects found inside the tunnel, and the effect evaluation was carried out. Finally, good results were achieved. At the same time, advanced technologies such as surface wave method, ground penetrating radar and three-dimensional laser scanning technology are further introduced and adopted to clarify the “recessive” defects existing in the tunnel and establish a tunnel safety monitoring system, so as to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of internal defects in the tunnel at the later stage. It has certain guiding significance to the engineering management of a long distance water transmission channel engineering management department.

摘要: 文中以某长距离输水渠道工程土质隧洞运行年限不断增加,长期保持满负荷运行状态,内部还有可能出现渗漏、裂缝、冲刷坑及混凝土构件强度不足、变形过大等情况,从而影响整个渠道正常运行为研究背景,通过现场状况调查,人工进入隧洞内部排查、检测隐患,发现隧洞内部均存在不同程度裂缝、渗漏、冲刷坑等缺陷和问题。针对上述发现的隐患问题,认真分析产生问题的内在原因,按照缺陷问题分类,分别采用三种不同的施工方法、工艺流程及修补材料对隧洞内部发现的三类缺陷问题开展专业性修补,进行效果评价,最终取得了良好的效果。同时,进一步提出引进并采用面波法技术、探地雷达技术、三维激光扫描技术等先进技术,明确隧洞存在的“隐性”缺陷,建立隧洞安全监测系统等后期管理建议,为后期隧洞内部缺陷处理提供科学依据,对于某长距离输水渠道工程管理部门工程管理工作有一定的指导意义。
