Abstract: Aiming at the problems of untimely protection and failure of existing belt breaking protection devices for belt conveyors, this paper proposes a product innovation design strategy model based on technological evolution resource analysis. Based on TRIZ's technology evolution theory, the model makes a preliminary prediction of the technology development direction of the research product, then concretizes the technology prediction direction combined with the resource analysis method, puts forward the specific technology prediction scheme, and finally determines the scheme for further improvement of the product system. This strategy is applied to the innovative design of belt breaking protection device, which makes the overall structure of the product more compact, the performance more perfect, and can protect the conveyor belt more efficiently and reliably, which plays a guiding role for its future technical development trend.

摘要: 针对现有带式输送机断带保护装置存在的保护不及时和保护失效的问题,提出一种基于技术进化-资源分析的产品创新设计策略模型。该模型基于TRIZ的技术进化理论对研究产品的技术发展方向进行初步预测,再结合资源分析方法提出具体的技术预测方案,最终确定产品系统改进方案。将该策略用于断带保护装置的创新设计中,使得产品整体结构更加紧凑,性能更加完善,能更加可靠高效地对输送带进行保护,为其未来技术发展趋势起到指导作用。
