Abstract: According to the construction practice of Tieshan Port rigid trestle bridge in Beihai, Guangxi, combined with the climate characteristics of the Gulf region, the trestle was selected and designed for construction. Finally, the main trestle chose 32# I-beam as the main beam, and the branch trestle adopted Berey beam as the main girder structural form, and determined the structure layout of the main trestle and branch trestle in detail. Through the analysis of the actual working condition of pier and girder beams, using limited element software contact position of different components of the approach bridge for scientific treatment, established the finite element model of the whole structure of pier, and according to different conditions of the main pier, the pier was calculated, the results show that the main pier and the pier strength and stiffness meet the requirements, which can ensure the safe passage of construction overloading vehicles.

摘要: 针对广西北海铁山港刚架桥的施工实际,结合海湾地区的气候特点,对施工栈桥进行了选型和设计,最终主栈桥选用32#工字钢作为主梁,支栈桥采用贝雷梁作为主梁的结构形式,并详细确定了主栈桥和支栈桥的结构布置。通过分析栈桥主梁和横梁的实际工作状态,利用有限元软件对栈桥不同构件的接触位置进行科学处理,建立了栈桥整体结构的有限元模型,并针对不同工况对主栈桥、支栈桥进行了计算。计算结果表明,主栈桥和支栈桥的强度和刚度均满足要求,能够保证施工重载车辆的安全通行。
