    2021, 31(3): 1-6.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.001
    Abstract ( )   PDF (2434KB) ( )
Aiming at the copper nail phenomenon of traditional copper electrolytic cell, a structural improvement strategy is proposed based on finite element analysis. Firstly, taking the current density of copper electrolytic cell as the research object, the distribution characteristics of current density of copper electrolytic cell are analyzed from the mechanism; Secondly, COMSOL finite element simulation software is used to simulate the current density of the electrolytic cell in the process of copper electrolysis, and the variation law of the electric field distribution of the anode, cathode and electrolyte in the original cell is obtained. Then, the causes of “copper nails” on the upper part of the cathode plate are analyzed. Finally, by removing the vortex region of the groove wall, the optimization scheme of the groove structure is proposed. The simulation results verify the correctness of the proposed scheme, and the improved slot structure effectively reduces the “copper nail” phenomenon.

    2021, 31(3): 7-12.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.002
    Abstract ( )   PDF (2344KB) ( )
Because the influence of structure layer parameters, vehicle dynamic load and speed on asphalt pavement sub-grade workspace depth is not considered, this paper analyzes the influence factors of asphalt pavement sub-grade work area depth with the finite element software, including 38 kinds of road structure layer parameters, 5 kinds of vehicle dynamic load and 2 kinds of driving speed. The results are as follows: modulus of pavement has less effect on the sub-grade work area depth, but thickness of pavement has more effect on the sub-grade work area depth, particularly thickness of the grass-roots level. Modulus of soil base has great effect on the sub-grade work area depth, and the sub-grade work area depth increases with the increase of modulus of soil base. The vehicle dynamic load has a linear positive correlation with the sub-grade work area depth, and when the vehicle dynamic load increases 50KN, the sub-grade work area depth increases about 1 m. The vehicle speed has a linear positive correlation with the sub-grade work area depth, and when the vehicle speed increases 10m/s, the sub-grade work area depth increases about 0.4-1.4 m.

    FENG Lei
    2021, 31(3): 13-17.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.003
    Abstract ( )   PDF (2085KB) ( )
In order to explore the traffic diversion adjacent to the highway work zone, this paper investigates the effect of the short-term and long-term work zone with the simulation method. Additionally, a predicting model for the traffic diversion was built based on the demand/capacity ratio and number of days. The results indicate the dynamic traffic assignment and day-to-day learning module are able to simulate effects of travel time variance on travelling route choice. Moreover, the time variable is not significant for the diversion in short-term work zone, while the long-term work zone is mainly affected by the demand/capacity ratio. The simulation approach and traffic diversion predicting model is meaningful for the traffic management in highway work zone.

    LEI Qing-wen, GAO Pei-qiang, LI Jian-lin
    2021, 31(3): 25-29.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.005
    Abstract ( )   PDF (2141KB) ( )
Hydrological frequency analysis is an important link in hydrological and water conservancy calculation. The hydrological frequency calculation method in our country often adopts the assumption that the population obeys the P-III type distribution, and uses the suitable line method to estimate the total distribution parameters through the sample, and then calculates the design value. The three parameters of P-III distribution are obtained by using the optimized line fitting method based on Python algorithm, and the statistical characteristics of the method are further compared and analyzed. Using the AIC criterion and the RMSE to evaluate model, the calculation results show that the optimal line fitting method is better than the moment estimation method, and the ideal fitting effect can be achieved in the hydrological frequency analysis.

    2021, 31(3): 36-40.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.007
    Abstract ( )   PDF (2923KB) ( )
A kind of vibration suppression manipulator for plate glass is designed, which is mainly composed of a support plate, a fixed plate, a glass adsorption plate, active telescopic rods, driven telescopic rods and different joints. The parallel structure is adopted in this manipulator, which makes up for deficiencies of the current single beam glass up and down manipulator, such as instable movement, stress concentration and so on. SolidWorks software is used to carry out 3D modeling and motion simulation of the manipulator, which verifies the feasibility of the mechanism. ADAMS software is used to simulate the dynamics of the manipulator, and it is verified that the driven rod bears the torque produced by the grabbing bias when the manipulator grabs the glass offset, which suppresses the vibration of the manipulator, improves the strength of the manipulator and prolongs the service life of the manipulator.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (2866KB) ( )
This paper presents an innovative design method applied to the automatic packaging machine for powder materials. Based on the traditional vertical packaging machine, the twin-screw coarse and fine filling method is adopted, which greatly reduces the precision range of filling. The weighing sensor is used to automatically stop feeding when the setting value is met. The feeding mechanism is a forward and reverse control mechanism, with compact structure and one motor. The sealing part is equipped with electrostatic blanking device to ensure the bag mouth clean. Because of the use of roll type transverse seal, the whole machine can work continuously, improve labor productivity, reduce production costs, improve production environment, and increase product added value, thus bringing greater social and economic benefits.

Study on Construction Quality Control of Steel-concrete Composite Truss Girder Bridge
    SONG Wen-ze
    2021, 31(3): 52-57.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.010
    Abstract ( )   PDF (2418KB) ( )
The steel-concrete composite girder bridge truss has the advantages of good economic performance, high bearing capacity, large bending stiffness and so on, so it is widely used in our country. However, because the rods that make up the truss are long and thin, the overall heating and cooling of the structure will affect the closing of the truss and the positioning of the truss joints. In this paper, combining with engineering examples, MIDAS software is used to analyze the transverse displacements of trusses produced by different temperatures at the erection stage and the influence of vertical displacements of trusses on other joints after erection.Through the research results, it is concluded that the lateral displacement of the truss is linear under temperature load, and the vertical displacement of the nodes increases or decreases in the same way with other nodes. Therefore, in truss assembly, it is necessary to control the closing temperature within a reasonable range, and in elevation control, multiple nodes can be adjusted simultaneously, and the position and forced displacement of nodes can be determined by superposition principle.

    2021, 31(3): 58-61.  DOI: 10.16046/j.cnki.issn2096-5680.2021.03.011
    Abstract ( )   PDF (1763KB) ( )
In order to explore the influence of cement content and confining pressure on the strength of stabilized subgrade soil, the influence of uniaxial compressive strength, cohesion, internal friction angle and other mechanical parameters on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized subgrade soil is obtained through the indoor unconfined compressive strength test and triaxial compression test. The correlation between unconfined compressive strength and stabilizer is studied by regression analysis. The fitting formula of compressive strength and cement content is given to predict the reasonable range of cement content. The results show that the unconfined compressive strength, shear stress and residual strength increase with the increase of cement content, the cohesion first increases and then decreases slightly, and the internal friction angle moves up and down slightly. The shear peak stress and residual strength increased with the increase of confining pressure.
