The Vitality Reconstruction of Outdoor Public Space in Healthy Communication Resettlement Area

The resettlement area has both rural and urban characteristics, where many residents have the original rural neighborhood relationship and strong communication willingness. Due to the change of life style and residents' space, the neighborhood relationship is gradually disintegrated and the residents are gradually alienated. As the place of outdoor communication activities, the public space of residential area plays an important role in the neighborhood communication. Through discussion, visit and survey, questionnaire survey on the current situation of public space use and infrastructure setting in five resettlement communities in Hefei Xinzhan District, this paper understands the behavior characteristics of community residents, analyzes their psychological needs, and the reasons for the lack of vitality of public space, and thinks about the principles of constructing the vitality of public space in resettlement communities from four aspects of love cohesion, love communication, love company and love health. In order to build a livable, humane and belonging residential area and enhance the residents' happiness, the paper puts forward some suggestions to rebuild the vitality, strengthen the communication between neighbors, and improve the vitality of the public space.
