Abstract: Aiming at the problem of soil particle dispersion in grain distribution analysis densimeter test, the orthogonal test design method was used to analyze the influence of soaking, boiling and dispersant on soil particle dispersion, and the optimal scheme was determined. According to the analysis results and the actual project, the feasibility of the scheme is verified by comparison, and the efficiency of grain distribution analysis densimeter test is improved, time cost is saved.

摘要: 针对颗粒分析密度计法试验中土粒分散的问题,利用正交试验设计的方法,分析浸泡、煮沸和分散剂对土粒分散的影响程度,并确定最优方案。根据分析结果结合实际工程,对比验证了该方案的可行性,提高了颗粒分析密度计法试验的效率,节约了时间成本。
