某建筑物振动的原因分析及处理措施

摘要: 机械设备的升级对建筑物产生的振动影响不能忽视,减小或消除周边环境振动对建筑物安全性非常重要。本文通过一建筑物振动实例,在常规无损检测方法的基础上,采用中国地震局工程力学研究所生产的941测振仪对其进行振动测试,在输入未知的情况下确定频率和阻尼等模态参数,了解周边振动环境,分析建筑物振动的原因,为建筑物后期改造提出消除或减弱建筑物振动的方法,对类似既有建筑物振动消除提供了借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the improvement of the current production level, the impact of the upgrading of mechanical equipment on the vibration of buildings cannot be ignored. It is very important to eliminate or reduce the vibration of the surrounding environment for the safety of buildings. In this paper, based on the conventional nondestructive testing method, the 941 vibrometer produced by the Institute of Engineering Mechanics of China Seismological Bureau is used to test the vibration of a building through an example of building vibration, and the frequency, damping and other modal parameters of the building structure are determined under the condition of unknown input. On the premise of understanding the surrounding vibration environment, this paper analyzes the causes of the building vibration, puts forward the methods to eliminate or weaken the building vibration for the later reconstruction of the building, and provides a reference for similar existing building vibration elimination.
