摘要: 文中研究了一种基于STM32和CS230的超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)全自动检测仪。该检测仪采用STM32单片机作为核心处理器,TCS230作为颜色识别器,实现了试剂条的自动进给、数据的分析存储。具体介绍了试剂条显色原理、系统的工作原理、硬件结构、软件设计、并就测试数据进行了误差和最大变异系数分析。实验结果证明,该系统的自动检测有效提高了检测效率,方便操作,误差小,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract: A fully automatic detector based on ultra-sensitive C reactive protein(CRP)is studied in this paper,which uses STM32single chip processor as the core processor,TCS230as the color recognizer,and realizes the automatic feed of reagent bars and the analysis and storage of data.In this paper,the principle of coloration of reagent strip,working principle of system,hardware structure and software design are introduced,and the error and maximum variation coefficient of test data are analyzed.The experimental results show that the automatic detection of the system improves the efficiency,which is easy to operate with little error and worth popularizing.
