    Application of MIKE21 and HEC-RAS in Simulation of Water Surface Line

    With the rapid development of urbanization,the flood safety of urban rivers is becoming more and more important.In order to improve the river flow and the fluctuation of the water level,the river channel needs to be regulated.Taking the inner river and its northern branch in Hunchun City as an example,this paper uses MIKE21and HEC-RAS models to simulate the current situation and the designed water surface of the river.The results show that under the flood peak flow,the designed river channel significantly reduces the water level,which is more conducive to the flood control safety of the river.In addition,recommendations are made for the suitability of the 1Dand 2Dhydrodynamic models used.

    Damage and Strain Analysis of Hybrid Fibre Shear Keys Under Hysteretic Tests

    The process of damage accumulation,variation law of concrete strain and steel strain of the shear keys between segments of immersed tunnel are investigated in this paper by hysteretic tests.The hysteretic test result shows that the damage of hybrid fibres shear keys is smaller than normal concrete shear keys in each stage during hysteretic tests.As the reinforcement ratio and the concrete grade are the same,the damage index of the left and right hybrid shear keys of E3was 34.3%and 30.8%less than those of normal left and right shear keys of A3due to the addition of fibres,respectively.The hysteretic test result also shows that there are multiple micro concrete cracks spreading on one concrete strain gauge.The concrete cracks of U-shape shear keys and T-shape shear keys are spreading via concrete strain gauge h1-h2-h3and h4-h5-h6,respectively.

    Research Progress of Heat Transfer Enhancement for Extended Surface in Phase Change Thermal Storage

    Phase change thermal storage has received increasingly concern in fields of energy conservation and peak-load regulation.However,generally speaking,the thermal conductivity of phase change materials is relatively low,which leads to poor performances of thermal energy storage system.From the respective of heat transfer enhancement,the research progress of heat transfer enhancement methods for extended surface,including fin,heat pipe,finned heat pipe and fin-metal foam coupling,in phase change thermal energy storage unit is summarized.Through literatures analysis,it can be seen that all of the mentioned heat transfer enhancement elements above could remarkably improve both charging and discharging rates of the phase change material.As for fins,the structure and arrangement ways could influence the effect of heat transfer.Heat pipes have good compatibility with phase change material in universality,and could dramatically improve temperature uniformity during phase transitions.Finned heat pipes utilize the heat transfer characteristics of both,and moreover,the number of heat pipes show greater influence on solidification and melting rates of phase change materials as compared to geometrical parameters of fins.In the future research,there is still important research value in obtaining excellent geometric structure through topological optimization and the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement by heat pipe and finned heat pipe.

    Study on Estimation Method for Collapse Amount of Broken Section of Karst Tunnel Based on Ground Penetrating Radar Spot Detection

    The surrounding rock of the broken section of karst tunnel is prone to collapse during the construction due to its poor self-stability.On the basis of the detection advantages of GPR(Ground Penetrating Radar),an estimation method of collapse amount of the broken section was taken into account based on the GPR spot detection to estimate the potential collapse amount more precisely.The general principle of detection and collapse amount estimation was analyzed and the basic scheme of collapse amount estimation was introduced.Besides,the estimation formula of collapsed amount was deduced according to the thickness detection of broken rock zone.On the basis of Tianshengqiao Tunnel of Liuzhai to Yizhou Expressway in Guangxi Autonomous Region,the deduced formula was applied to estimate the collapse amount of broken sections,and on the basis of the comparison between the real and estimation amount,the formula was amended according to the watery of the broken section of the tunnel.The maximum difference between the amended estimation amount and the real amount is lower than 10m3,which shows the effectiveness and practicability of the estimation formula.

    A Scheme to Reduce the PAPR of OFDM System in Power Line Communication Channels

    Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)is the main modulation technology of power line communication(PLC).However,its peak average power ratio(PAPR)will lead to nonlinear distortion of the system,deteriorated transmission performance of the system and higher bit error rate.Thus reducing the PAPR of OFDM system is the main research problem of this technology.In this paper,a modified scheme based on the MSLM algorithm by Wang et al.is proposed,which can produce more candidate signals and further reduce the PAPR of the system by applying partition one complex signals into two real signals and time-domain sub-block conversion matrices.The analysis and simulation results show that,under the premise of ensuring the BER performance,compared to the original algorithm,the modified scheme can reduce the PAPR of the system as well as decrease the complexity greatly.

    Due to the mismatch of power supply system,improper selection of electrical equipment matching with leakage protector and the reasons of the protected electrical equipment itself,the leakage protector will cause misoperation or refusal of action.In this paper,the common faults of leakage protection devices in engineering practice are described in detail,the causes of the faults are analyzed and the safe and effective solutions are given.

    The model of regional coordinated development has become a new trend in contemporary China.Opportunities and challenges are presented currently in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-development plan for the logistics industry.This paper uses a cluster analysis method of multi-indicator panel data to systematically cluster the 13cities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.A scientific stratification of this region is drawn,followed by aproposal to put forward some suggestions for logistics network planning in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with the hub-and-spoke network idea.

    How to implement effective risk management and make good use of the opportunities brought by risks is extremely important for the sustainable development of firm,which is an urgent problem for firms to solve.The article adopts the longitudinal case study analysis based on strategic leadership and risk management theory.From the perspective of strategic leadership,the article analyzes current risks and opportunities of a petrochemical firm in HeBei in seven aspects,such as policy,revenue,raw materials markets and so on,to propose risk management solutions of renewable energy projects on how to identify critical gaps in risk avoidance,transfer and reduction.The article explores management methods suitable for petrochemical enterprises in Hebei province to improve their abilities of antirisk and sustainable development.

    At present,the labor management of construction general contract enterprise is generally not standardized.The constant emergence of labor service management problems brings tremendous pressure to the construction general contract enterprise,which includes the wage requiring of migrant workers,employment company affiliation,low quality of labor force and non-standard contract signing,etc.Through analysis of the causes of the problems,construction general contract enterprise can solve the current major problems in labor management by strengthening management of team access and performance evaluation,complimenting management of real-name system of migrant workers and contract management,establishing internal framework team and implementing internal contract,etc.
