    Study on the International Standardization Needs of Microgrids Technology

    Microgrid has played a crucial role in reducing integration impact of distributed generation,and therefore becomes an effective and efficient means for promoting renewable energy utilization and improving power supply reliability.This paper summarizes the key technologies and standardization needs for microgrid development and applications,based on the market needs and industry status.Some key features of a microgrid that distinguish it from traditional power grid and smart grid are described.After review of the relevant activities currently undergoing in IEEE and IEC,recommendations for microgrid international standardization based on the existing work are proposed.

    Effects of Wind Speed and Wind Deflection Angle on Rain-wind Induced Vibration of Stay Cable

    Based on the lubrication theory,a two-way coupled theoretical model of rain-wind-induced vibration(RWIV)of stay cable was established.The transient aerodynamic coefficients,stay cable vibration response,the evolution of water film,and the relationship between them are analyzed by using a selfcompiled program combining COMSOL and MATLAB.The variation disciplines of the RWIV at different wind speeds and wind angles are obtained.The results show that the change of wind deflection angle has little effect on the range of wind speed which induces RWIV.Within the right interval,the vibration amplitude of stay cable increases first and then decreases with the increase of the wind deflection angle.When RWIV occurs,the cable vibration amplitude with the wind declination angle of 22.5°is the largest.Within a certain wind speed range,when the wind declination angle is constant,the amplitude of the stay cable amplitude increases first and then decreases with the wind speed increasing.When the thickness of the water film is large and its evolution dominant frequency is close to the natural frequency of the cable,the co-frequency resonance may occur between the cable and the waterline,which may induce RWIV.

    Process and Analysis of Strain-type Miniature Earth Pressure Box by Hydrostatic Calibration

    The Earth pressure box can be checked and calibrated before using,and the earth pressure box can be selected to ensure the earth pressure measurement in engineering test.According to the condition and mechanism of water pressure,this paper puts forward a method of water pressure calibration which does not need high precision professional equipment such as testing instrument,and can be carried out in a simple scientific research environment.Then,a vertical closed pipe with adjustable water level is designed to provide controllable water pressure,and the relationship between water pressure and strain is obtained by detecting the output of the electric signal of the pressure box.Comparing the results of calibration coefficient with the results of oil pressure calibration provided by the supplier,it is found that the two results are basically consistent,and the maximum deviation of calibration coefficient K is only 4.3%.This method can be widely used in the self-calibration of earth pressure cell under simple conditions.

    Construction Technology of Steep Large-angle Oblique Entry-exit Tunnel of Foyansi Tunnel

    Foyansi Tunnel is a large-angle oblique entry-exit tunnel structure with steep slope and dangerous rock mass.The location of the tunnel entrance crosses the Laziyu Bridge at the bottom of the ditch.The construction site is narrow and the construction safety risk is high.In order to prevent the collapse accident of dangerous rock slope,safety protection measures are set up in the transitional section of cross operation,and active protective net is applied to reinforce dangerous rock mass at the top of the cave.Considering the large angle of oblique intersection between the topography of the left tunnel entrance and the tunnel body,half arch protection is applied outside the tunnel,construction executed from the right tunnel to the left tunnel through the traveling cross-hole,the small guide tunnel is excavated backward,and then preliminary expansion is formed according to Three-bench Seven-step Excavation Method.According to the monitoring data of the construction process,the maximum displacement of tunnel is less than the specification.The effect is remarkable.The construction scheme effectively reduce the safety risk,the safety quality of construction is guaranteed.The paper provides reference for the similar construction difficult issues.

    The most accurate method for determining the bearing behavior of a pile is the stress test method,but the cost is high and it is difficult to be popularized in practice.According to the transfer line during the axial force of pile and transitional model load were deduced by using the representation of the compression of pile side resistance and tip resistance ratio formula,by introducing the concept of characteristic,established the settlement and bearing(Q-S)theory and method of character parameter analysis of pile by characteristic line coordinates,which has been proved feasible.

    High voltage frequency conversion system is an important carrier for cost control,energy saving and consumption reduction in thermal power plant.However,with the increase of running time,the failure of the subordinate important auxiliary machine caused by the deterioration of frequency conversion components has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the generator set.Starting from the problems in the actual operation of 8high-voltage inverters in service in a project company,this paper analyzes the deterioration of the core components of the high-voltage inverter system in the project company.The measures taken during the process such as determingning the reasonable treatment time and formulating the treatment plan according to the actual situation effectively save the maintenance cost and labor cost.It has been more than two years after the treatment,and there is no important auxiliary machinery tripping phenomenon caused by the failure of hv frequency conversion system.This case provides a reference for the treatment of HV frequency conversion system degradation in power plants.

    In order to obtain the characteristics of the slope strengthened by anti-slide pile under different working conditions,the displacement stress change of anti-slide pile slope soil under different elastic modulus and different loading was analyzed based on Midas 3dfinite element analysis software.The result shows that under different elastic modulus and pile load changes,the displacement and stress vary with the pile body.The maximum stress and displacement are at 7mof the pile body.The soil arching effect varies obviously with the load and modulus of elasticity.

    The surface layer of Shijiazhuang city is generally distributed with secondary loess with a thickness of 8.0-10.0m.This layer of loess has the characteristics of uneven distribution and uneven collapsibility.In this paper,the laboratory test data of silty clay and silty soil in this layer are analyzed,and the relationship between the collapsibility coefficient and physical mechanical index is discussed.

    In view of the current literature on the bearing capacity of foundation near slope,most of the discussion focuses on the situation of soil slope,while the ultimate bearing capacity of foundation of rock slopes,especially the very soft rock slopes,is rarely discussed.The problem of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation near slopes in the very soft rock site area is discussed in this paper.The parameters of Hoek-Brown criterion are calculated by means of compression wave speed and the Moor-Coulomb shear strength index of rock mass is calculated.The rationality of Hoek-Brown criterion parameters is verified by the test results of plate loading.The upper bound and lower bound limit theorem of limit analysis is briefly introduced and applied to the calculation of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation near the very soft rock slopes.According to the calculation results,the rock slope is reinforced.The limit analysis results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of foundation near the very soft rock slopes after reinforcement meets the requirements.A new numerical method has been added to calculate the bearing capacity of foundation near the very soft rock slopes.

    Because of the complex structure of the sandwich panel,the traditional construction technology can not meet the construction requirements of the sandwich panel and solve the concrete construction problem of the sandwich panel.The computer simulation modeling calculation,field production of 1:1model and comparison method are used for analysis and research.The construction method of twice pouring and forming is to reserve construction joints at the bottom of the upper rib and the top of the lower rib.The joints are reserved at the bottom of the upper rib and the top of the lower rib.The lower rib is a whole body without vertical construction joints.The construction quality is the best,the construction operation is convenient,and there are no potential safety hazards for the workers.The construction efficiency has been greatly improved,and the difficulty of concrete pouring of the vierendeel sandwich plate has been effectively solved.The application of this method lays a foundation for the wide application of the Vierendeel Sandwich structure.
