    Stability Analysis and Design Optimization of GRS Walls Based on Distribution of Reinforcement Load in Limit State

    Geosynthetic-reinforced soil(GRS)wall is widely used in engineering because of its many advantages.The traditional active earth pressure theory is often used in the existing code design method.Through a large number of actual measurements and analysis,it is found that this design method is too conservative to estimate the internal force of reinforcement.The limit equilibrium analysis of the stability of the GRS wall is carried out based on the plane failure mode,and the load distributions for each reinforcement and the horizontal displacement of the GRS wall in the limit state are calculated layer by layer.Stability analysis of a GRS wall design scheme for a power plant expansion project is made through the method mentioned above.Based on the load distributions for reinforcement,the design is optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the internal and external stability,the length of the reinforcement is reduced by 10%,and the lateral displacement of the wall is reduced by 5%.The stability design method of the GRS wall based on the load distributions for reinforcement in the limit state can also be applied to other complex situations to guide the safety design and control.

    Taking a reinforced concrete frame structure as an example,in order to reduce the influence of the original rectangular reinforced concrete column on the indoor usable floor area and decoration,the equivalent box shaped concrete-filled steel tubular special-shaped column was used to replace its rectangular reinforced concrete column.The mechanical properties of CFST special-shaped columns are analyzed based on the mechanical properties of the frame structure.The result shows that the equivalent box shaped CFST special-shaped column can meet the design requirements of small earthquake elasticity,and can effectively reduce the column section and increase the indoor use area.

    Regarding the research on the water damage mechanism of asphalt mixtures,agenerally accepted theoretical system has not been formed,especially in micro-scale studies,which seriously affects the performance of asphalt pavement.Starting from the atomic and molecular level,this paper studies and analyzes the mechanism of interaction between different properties of stone,asphalt and water,and proposes the mechanism of water molecules based on the dangling bonds of the crystal surface,thus establishing the “crystal surface state”theory.Furthermore,the dual mechanism of“surface modification of anti-hydrogen bond energy and strengthening of interface bond energy”was proposed as the principle of improving water stability.The study tested the use of hydrocarbon groups and the surface modification of aggregates with the help of Si-O-Si bonding to achieve the improvement of the whetstone interface by the double mechanism principle.The results show that the experiments based on the improvement of the crystal surface state theory and the double mechanism principle not only greatly improved the anti-stripping performance and water stability of the oil-stone interface,but also significantly improved the road performance of asphalt mixture.research direction.

    Experimental Study on Reinforcement Effect of Concrete Prestressed Hollow Slab with Steel Plate and Carbon Fiber

    In order to analyze the reinforced effect of prestressed hollow slab,comparative analysis for reinforcement effect of common highway concrete prestressed hollow slab with steel plate or carbon fiber were conducted by laboratory loading test.Herein the deflection,strain of steel and cracks have been used to evaluate the reinforcement effect.The test results show that compared with unreinforced prestressed hollow slab,steel plate and carbon fiber reinforced prestressed hollow slab can effectively reduce the deflection and cracks of hollow slab and strain of steel.The change proportion of the deflection and cracks of reinforced hollow slab and strain of steel increases with the load increase.Under the same load,steel plate reinforced prestressed hollow slab can more effectively reduce the deflection and cracks of hollow slab and strain of steel than carbon fiber reinforced prestressed hollow slab,indicating that the reinforcement effect of steel plate is better than carbon fiber.

    In this paper,for the gamma radiation acquisition system based on ZigBee,a serial data acquisition software driven by visual basic is designed.The communication interface of the host computer is connected to the central node of the wireless network.The communication between the host computer and the central node is realized by MSComm.Visual Basic is used in the design as the development software,and the data is stored in Microsoft Office Access database.The software can monitor wireless network status,automatically identify terminal nodes,process and store terminal node data,and provide users with real-time data and trend display,historical data query and other functions.The function and stability of the software are verified through the test of gamma radiation acquisition system based on ZigBee.

    The distribution of temperature and solid-liquid state of crude oil in storage tank is of great significance to the utilization efficiency and safe operation for storage tank.Based on the actual engineering background,the numerical simulation of heating process by conduction oil in the pipe near the center of storage tank by ANSYS/FLUENT was carried out in this paper.The result shows that about 16.5%of the crude oil in tank has been solidifiedby the sixth dayand solidification mainly occurs near the bottom and wall of the tank.It is also found that there exists obvious thermal stratification near the bottom and the wall of the tank,furthermore,the temperature gradient near the bottom of the tank is larger than that of the wall.The main reason is that there is 100mm thick rock wool insulation layer on the tank wall,while the bottom of the tank is in direct contact with the concrete foundation.The temperature of concrete foundation is close to the ambient temperature(-30℃),which results in higher heat transfer temperature difference near the bottom than that of the wall of the tank.The simulation results could provide a theoretical guidance for heating modification project of the oil storage tank in Xinjiang oil field.

    In order to meet the heat demand of the heat users,improve the quality of heat supply,reduce the energy waste and avoid thermal imbalance in primary and secondary pipe network,it is necessary to ensure the hydraulic balance of the secondary network.The essence of ensuring the thermal balance of the secondary pipe network is to control the flow rate of each heat user.Taking a district heating project in Cangzhou as an example,the self-operated flow control valve is used to regulate the flow of each heat consumer to achieve the hydraulic balance of the secondary pipe network.Through the analysis and research of the project,it is concluded that the secondary network balance adjustment based on heat user flow control is an effective way to solve the hydraulic imbalance of the heat network,save energy and reduce consumption.At the same time,it improves the heating quality and reduces the operation cost.Through the application analysis of the project,it provides technical support for the realization of intelligence of the same type heat-supply network.

    In recent years,with the continuous extension of the power grid and the improvement of the ecological environment,the activities of birds in the vicinity of overhead power lines have increased,which has had a certain impact on the safe operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes the types and mechanisms of bird damage,as well as the regional distribution and laws.Then typical examples for bird damage identification are provided.The common bird damage prevention measures are studied,and new bird prevention measures are proposed to address the shortcomings,improve the transmission line bird prevention level,and reduce the transmission line trip rate,which is of great significance to ensure stable and reliable power supply for the power system.

    By standardizing the installation procedures and improving the monitoring mode,the industrial video monitoring system is installed on the shell of the parts to be observed.By using the industrial camera to assist in detecting the internal state of the equipment,the equipment status is directly confirmed.At the same time,the control of the equipment installation process is strengthened from two aspects of technology and skills,and the operation process and construction recordrequirementsduring the equipment installation process are standardized.It provides direct judgment basis for operators,reduces the misoperation accidents caused by aging and damage of components,ensures the safety of personnel and equipment,and provides guarantee for safe operation of equipment.

    This paper takes the signal reception and transmission between vehicles as the theme,and aims to realize the safe and convenient travel of vehicles with the purpose of transmitting the state data information such as vehicle position and speed.It studies intelligent vehicle communication technology based on the ARM-based microcontroller and wireless technology,mainly using STM32as the core microcontroller,combined with ZigBee wireless communication technology to collect the speed and position information of adjacent vehicles,to achieve the vehicle communications by text and sound.It can effectively realize the anti-collision between vehicles,intelligently perceive the driving state of nearby vehicles,assist the driver in judging the driving environment of the vehicle,and get the correct operation to reach the early warning accident,get the road condition of the vehicle to change the travel route and relieve traffic pressure,while avoiding accidents caused by the inability to communicate and reducing traffic accidents.

    In order to solve the problems of long-time artificial oiling,uneven oiling and accidental personal injury caused by high altitude operation,an automatic cleaning oiler for hydrologic cableway is designed.This paper introduces its design background,design principle,structure design and installation method.Combined with the trial operation,the main advantages of the oiler are summarized.It is proved to meet the design requirements by practice.

    This paper constructs an evaluation system of prefabricated building by participating in a total of 12indicators in three aspects:participation factors,external environmental factors and project factors.Based on the combination weighting method,the comprehensive weight is calculated,the correlation coefficient is obtained by the grey correlation method,and the key factors affecting the cost are determined.The results show that the impact of the own factors of the project is higher than the participation factors and external environmental factors.The rationality of the transportation plan is the key factor affecting the construction cost.

    At present,the development of prefabricated buildings has become a basic national policy in China,and there has been a surge in promoting prefabricated buildings across the country.However,due to the limitations of technology,market and other factors,problems such as low degree of assembly and small scale of construction exist widely in small and medium-sized cities.Taking the Cangzhou area as an example,the article uses the DEMATEL model to quantitatively analyze these factors based on screening out the factors affecting the development of prefabricated buildings in the area and identifies the key factors.Finally,according to the key influencing factors,measures to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in small and medium cities are proposed.
