    Fine Simulation of Seepage Process and Seepage Control Optimization of Kunlong Hydropower Station in Myanmar

    In order to reveal the seepage characteristics of the dam foundation of Kunlong hydropower station in Myanmar under complex geological conditions,and determine the reasonable layout of the seepage control junction composed of curtain and drainage holes,a fine geological and engineering structure model is established.The three-dimensional finite element analysis is used to analyze the depth of antiseepage curtain of dam foundation,the length of anti-seepage curtain on left and right banks,drainage depth of dam foundation,curtain,consolidation grouting area,strata and faults near the dam foundation.The influence of impermeability on seepage field is calculated and analyzed in detail.The contour maps of seepage head,hydraulic gradient and sensitivity change curve and tabulated data are drawn.The variation law and characteristics of seepage field in the junction area are deeply understood,which provides support for the optimization of seepage control structure of Kunlong hydropower station dam foundation in Myanmar.

    Weakly Supervised Defect Segmentation Based on Multi-spectral and Multi-scale Class Activation Maps

    There are many kinds of defects in the surface of solar cells,with large differences in size and shape,and high labeling cost,which brings difficulties to the task of defect segmentation.In order to improve the segmentation performance of solar cell surface defects,this paper proposes a novel weakly supervised deep learning network with multi-spectral multi-scale class activation mapping,called MMCAMNet.Firstly,a multi-spectral deep learning network structure is proposed,which realizes the multi-channel fusion of spectral information,and enhances the feature extraction capability of the MMCAM-Net.Secondly,a multi-scale network structure is designed to achieve high-level and low-level defect feature fusion and improve MMCAM-Net's defect global and local information extraction capabilities.Finally,the image-level label data set is used to train MMCAM-Net,which realizes weakly supervised segmentation of solar cell surface defects.Experimental results show that the IoU of the network model has increased by 15%-20%,and satisfactory results are gained.

    Prediction Methods of Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone Base Temperature Based on the ARIMAX Model

    The pavement performance of cement stabilized gravel base is greatly affected by the curing temperature,while the actual curing temperature of base is closely related to the atmospheric temperature,surface temperature and other factors.In practical engineering,it is of practical significance to predict the curing temperature after the base course construction by using atmospheric temperature and surface temperature.In this paper,surface temperature and atmospheric temperature are taken as independent variables,and base temperature is taken as dependent variable.According to AIC and SC criteria,ARMA prediction model is established for each independent variable with the help of Eviews9software.On this basis,ARIMAX model for base temperature prediction is established with the least squares fitting parameters.Finally,based on the actual data and the prediction data,the relative error percentage test proves that the model fits well and the prediction accuracy is high.

    According to the requirements of water consumption and water level control indicators for groundwater saving pressure,agroundwater intake and water level measurement and control system based on Internet of Things technology is designed and implemented.The system can monitor the pump running status,groundwater consumption and groundwater level and other parameters in real time.When the water consumption exceeds the annual allowable extraction or the water level is lower than the control threshold,the pump motor is blocked for water intake to achieve the goal of water-saving and pressure recovery technically.Data can be uploaded to the Internet of Things monitoring platform remotely in real time,so as to realize data storage,reporting,analysis,control strategy,etc.At the same time,the client can obtain data such as water volume and water level through the Internet of Things platform.The system has important practical significance and popularization value for the implementation of the control indicators of water-saving pressure recovery.

Due to the influence of the previous version and the short time of implementation of the 2019edition,there are some confusions in the implementation for users.Based on the evaluation experience,the author summarizes,analyzes and studies the 28items related to electrical specialty in the 2019edition of green building evaluation standard,so as to facilitate the design consultation of green building electrical specialty.

    Face Recognition Based on K-L Transform and Singular Value Decomposition

    Face classification is a hot research issue in the field of face image processing.In order to get agood face recognition effect,a face recognition method based on K-L transform and singular value decomposition is proposed.Firstly,K-L transform is used to train the face features in the face database to reduce the size of training samples.Secondly,a face training database and a test database are constructed.Finally,the sample class with the smallest distance is selected as the recognition result used by Euclidean distance method.The experimental results show that the face recognition accuracy of this method is high.

    With the increasing capacity of DG connected to the distribution network,the problems of node voltage cross-limits,system bidirectional power flow,and short-circuit current increase in the traditional distribution network have become increasingly prominent.In order to improve the capacity of renewable energy consumption in the distribution network,the optimal access scheme and the method of maximum using the residual capacity of grid connected inverter to participate in voltage regulation are proposed.By establishing the calculation model of voltage drop of distribution network with multiple access modes of distributed generation,the influence mechanism of single-point and multi-point distributed generation on voltage distribution of distribution network is analyzed.The IEEE33node system model was built based on Matlab,and the influence of access mode,access location,permeability and power factor on the voltage distribution of the distributed generation was studied.In addition,the voltage distribution is presented in a 3dvisual way to more intuitively compare the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes.Studies have shown that DG more evenly distributed grid and making full use of the residual capacity of grid inverter can effectively improve the distribution network voltage distribution and provide references for improving the consumption of renewable energy.

    The problems of JD1Atype electromagnetic governor with low manual speed regulation accuracy and low degree of automation can be improved by PLC to enable it to have the function of analog quantity control.Combined with the manual control system of a coal-fired boiler in a factory,PLC is introduced to adjust the speed by using 0-20ma analog signal instead of the potentiometer of JD1Atype electromagnetic governor,which improves the control precision and automation degree of the system.At the same time,PLC can also serve as the controller of the whole system to transform the pure manual control system into a fully automatic control system.

    According to the shallow groundwater quality in Cangzhou City,from two aspects of single
    pollution and comprehensive index,the parameters of total dissolved solids,total hardness,chloride,and sulphate were selected,and the pollution trend was analyzed by using the annual average measured data of single station combined with the measured data of shallow groundwater quality from 2008to 2018.Through the analysis,the pollution situation of shallow groundwater in Cangzhou City was preliminarily understood,the cause of shallow groundwater pollution was analyzed and the countermeasures to reduce the shallow groundwater pollution were put forward.

    Quantitative Analysis on Water-saving Policies in Hebei Province from the Perspective of Policy Tools

    “Water saving priority”has become the first and foundation of water conservancy work in the new era.The introduction and application of water-saving social construction policy will directly affect the effect of water-saving work.Quantitative analysis on water-saving policies from the perspective of policy tools is of great significance to solve all kinds of problems in the process of building a water-saving society,and to promote the implementation and healthy development of urban“water-saving priority”.This paper constructs a three-dimensional analysis framework of water-saving society construction policy,including the types of policy tools,policy areas and policy management elements.Through the content analysis method,the statistical analysis and cross examination of 63water-saving social construction policy texts in Hebei province are carried out.It is found that there are some problems in the construction policy of watersaving society in Hebei province,such as uneven distribution of tool types,unbalanced structure,lack of guidance in the policy area,and the specific implementation rules need to be optimized.Based on those problems above,suggestions for policy system optimization are put forward in this paper.

    Urban static traffic is a subsystem of urban transportation system,on which the research mainly focuses on the urban parking problem.With the rapid development of urbanization and urban traffic motorization in the whole country,the problem of urban parking has increasingly become a big problem that affects urban traffic,disturbs public life and hinders the healthy development of cities.Starting from the essence and development process of static traffic,this paper analyzes the manifestations,causes and influences of urban parking problems by referring to the precedents of static traffic research at home and abroad.A series of strategies are proposed in terms of planning principles and methods,management measures and technologies,urban underground space utilization,stereoscopic garage construction,shared parking and intelligent parking.As a result,a feasible way to solve the parking problem in small and mediumsized cities is explored from the aspects of planning,construction,management and operation.
