Abstract: The employment of the graduates is of great significance to the promotion of the socialstability and the development of local economy.At present，Cangzhou is in the critical moment ofeconomictransformationand high-speed economic development.The adjustment of economic structure puts forward new demand for the job requirements.New changes have taken place in the macro employment environment of college graduates，yet there are certain problems in graduates＇employabilityand the employment problem of college graduates is prominent year by year.By studying the changing characteristics of college employment situation in the process of Cangzhou economic transformation，this paper analyzes the employment problems of Cangzhou graduates and puts forward the promotion strategies of college graduates＇employability.

摘要： 做好高校毕业生就业工作对于促进社会稳定和发展都有着十分重要的意义。文中通过研究沧州市经济转型过程中高校就业形势的变化特点,分析了沧州市高校毕业生就业面临的问题,据此提出了高校毕业生就业能力提升的对策。
