苏基克纳里水电站调压竖井无锚支护研究

Abstract: Taking the pressure regulating shaft of the Suki Kinari project in Pakistan as an example, this article explores the feasibility and safety of anchorless support for Q4 and Q5 surrounding rock of vertical shafts, namely steel reinforced concrete support measures in practical engineering. The finite difference software FLAC3D is used to establish a three-dimensional model and numerical analysis of the excavation support process of the project, and the stress state of the sprayed concrete and steel is calculated to achieve good anchorless support results. The monitoring of the construction shaft during the construction period shows that this support method is safe and reliable, reduces construction procedures, saves project investment, and provides valuable reference for other similar projects.

摘要: 文中以巴基斯坦苏基克纳里调压竖井为例,探讨竖井Q4类围岩和Q5类围岩的无锚支护形式,即型钢加喷混凝土支护措施在实际工程中的可行性和安全性,利用有限差分软件FLAC3D对该工程开挖支护过程进行三维模型建立及数值分析,并通过计算得到加喷混凝土及型钢的受力状态,取得较好的无锚支护结果。施工期对施工竖井的监测显示,该支护方式安全可靠,施工工序减少,工程投资节省,也为其他类似工程提供了有价值参考。
