单周期控制隔离型三相无桥Sepic PFC变换器研究

Abstract: Power factor correction technology is widely used in rectifier circuits to reduce harmonic pollution. Firstly, this paper studies a new type of isolated three-phase bridgeless Sepic PFC converter, which can realize power factor correction and isolated DC/DC conversion through one-stage conversion. In this paper, each working mode of the three-phase bridgeless Sepic PFC converter is analyzed in detail, and the continuous working conditions of the circuit are analyzed. Secondly, the one-cycle control technology is used to realize the closed-loop control, the core control equation of the one-cycle control is established, the small signal modeling is carried out, and the voltage loop controller is designed to stabilize the system under different parameters in the frequency domain and time domain respectively. The simulation analysis is carried out, and the realization method of digital one-cycle control based on DSP is designed. Simulation and experimental results show that the one-cycle control three-phase bridgeless Sepic PFC converter can achieve unity power factor and small current distortion rate.

摘要: 功率因数校正技术被广泛应用于整流电路中以减小谐波污染。本文研究了一种新型隔离型三相无桥Sepic PFC变换器,它通过一级变换即可实现功率因数校正,又可实现隔离型DC/DC变换。本文首先详细分析了三相无桥Sepic PFC变换器的各个工作模态,对电路连续工作条件进行了分析。其次,采用单周期控制技术实现闭环控制,建立了单周期控制核心控制方程,对其进行小信号建模,设计了电压环路控制器,分别在频域和时域对不同参数下的系统稳定性进行仿真分析,设计了基于DSP的数字单周期控制的实现方法。仿真和实验结果表明,单周期控制的三相无桥Sepic PFC变换器,可实现单位功率因数,电流畸变率小。
