基于集中参数模型的垂直振动压路机动力学分析

Abstract: Considering the surface irregularity of the soil，a 2Dlinear dynamic model of roller-soil system was established for the vibratory roller and well-compacted soil.The response of the frame and the drum was analyzed，and the influence of some parameters on the dynamic behavior of the roller is discussed based on parameters of a certain roller.The research shows that in order to provide high compaction force while ensuring operation comfort，the frequency of the excitation force should be close to the second-order natural frequency of the roller.Under certain conditions，the excitation of the soil surface could play a significant role for the system response，therefore the frequency of the surface excitation should be controlled within a reasonable range.For smooth operating conditions where the drum is in contact with the soil，the effect of surface excitation on the dynamic behavior of the roller can be ignored.

摘要： 考虑土体表面的不平顺,针对压实过程末期的振动压路机,建立了压路机-土系统的二维线性动力学模型,分析了机架与振动轮的响应,针对某型压路机讨论了系统参数对压路机动力学行为的影响。研究表明,为了在保证驾驶舒适度的前提下产生更好的压实效果,应选择接近二阶固有频率的激振力;在一定条件下,地表激励有可能对系统响应产生显著影响,应将地表激励的频率控制在合理范围;对于未发生跳振的常规工况,可以忽略地表激励对压路机动力学行为的影响。
