Application of Fair-faced Concrete in Jinan Metro Line

清水混凝土在济南地铁中的应用探索

Abstract: The national green development and environmental protection policies continue to advance. As a structural material, fair-faced concrete has been seen as architectural art elements and is gradually used in subway construction. During the construction of Jinan Metro Line R1, it is recognized that the fair-faced concrete structure can effectively utilize the width of the tunnel and save the cost of maintenance of decoration in the later stage. Through experiments, the design of concrete mix ratio, comparison and selection of materials, strengthening of formwork, steel bars, and construction pouring and vibrating are optimized. Management of construction details such as maintenance and interface treatment are strenthened. Effective control measures have been taken to control the chromatic aberration, bubbles, cracks, etc., which affect the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete. The application of fair-faced concrete on the whole trunk line has achieved relatively ideal results. The practice provides, reference for the promotion and application of fair-faced concrete in subway construction.

摘要: 为了顺应国家绿色发展理念和环保政策持续推进,清水混凝土作为结构材料被赋予建筑艺术元素逐步应用于地铁建筑中。济南地铁R1线建设充分考虑清水混凝土结构能够有效利用隧道宽度和省去装饰节约后期维管费用的有利条件,通过试验优化设计混凝土配合比、比选材料,加强模板、钢筋、施工浇筑振捣、养护和界面处理等施工细节管理,对影响清水混凝土表观质量的色差、气泡、裂缝等进行了有效控制,在全干线应用清水混凝土取得较为理想的效果,为清水混凝土在地铁建设中的推广应用提供借鉴。
