黏土密度计法颗粒分析试验胶结问题研究

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of cementation in some analysis test of clay densitometer method, the reasons of the cementation formation are analyzed. Firstly, the improved AS method and GB method are tested with uncemented clay to verify the feasibility of the improved AS method. Then the improved AS method is applied to cemented clay. The test results show that the improved AS method has good dispersion effect on cemented clay, which can better solve the cemented problem of particle analysis by clay densimeter method. And the test process is simpler and more efficient than GB method, which can be applied to particle analysis test of densimeter method. In addition, in order to evaluate the error caused by different test methods in the same project, we explore the comparison of adding and reducing soil quality with GB method and improved AS method. The results show that the improved AS particle size distribution curve are located above those from mass-adjusted GB variants, and the particle size distribution curve is closer to the improved AS method.

摘要: 为了解决部分黏土密度计法颗粒分析试验时的胶结问题,分析了胶结形成的原因,首先利用不胶结黏土对改进的AS法与GB法进行对比试验,验证了改进AS法的可行性。将改进AS法应用于胶结黏土进行试验,试验结果表明:改进AS法对胶结黏土的分散效果较好,可以较好地解决黏土密度计法颗粒分析时的胶结问题,且试验过程较GB法简单、高效,可以应用于密度计法颗粒分析试验中。此外,为了验证同一项目中不同试验方法造成的误差,探究了在GB法基础上进行加、减胶结土质量与改进AS法进行对比验证。结果表明,改进AS法的粒径分布曲线均位于加减胶结土粒质量法的上方,加法计算的粒径分布曲线更接近于改进AS法。
