微胶囊自修复水泥砂浆的实验研究及性能评价

Abstract: The mechanism of the microcapsule self-repairing technology for cement mortar was introduced,the microcapsules of polyvinyl alcohol coated inorganic expanded perlite were fabricated by vacuum adsorption, and the self-repairing cement mortar was made by adding this microcapsule into the cement mortar in this paper. Through studying the influence of the microcapsules on the strength and workability of the cement mortar, the optimal dosage of the microcapsules was determined to be 1%. The repair performance of the self-repairing cement mortar for load-induced damage was evaluated: the repair rate of 60% flexural strength after 28 days of preloading for load-induced damage was 16.25%, and the repair rate of 60% compressive strength after 28 days of preloading was 3.43%.

摘要: 介绍了水泥砂浆微胶囊自修复技术的机理,选用真空吸附法,制备聚乙烯醇包裹无机膨胀珍珠岩吸附硅酸钠修复微胶囊,并通过在水泥砂浆中掺入该微胶囊制备自修复水泥砂浆。通过研究微胶囊对水泥砂浆强度和工作性能的影响,确定了微胶囊最佳掺量为1%,评价了自修复水泥砂浆对受载损伤的修复性能:受载损伤后28d预加载60%,抗折强度修复率为16.25%,抗压强度修复率为3.43%。
