Abstract: In the process of flood control in Baiyang Lake, the water level change trend at different locations in the lake is quite different, and the water flowing in and out of the lake is unbalanced, which brings troubles to flood control dispatching decision-making. Based on full and accurate hydrological monitoring data, this paper analyzes the representativeness and change rules of water level stations in the lake during normal and flood periods, and preliminarily reveals the main factors affecting the representativeness of water level. It provides a reference for how to use the water level of each point in Baiyang Lake more scientifically, and provides technical support for flood control dispatching and rainwater and flood resources utilization.

摘要: 白洋淀在防御洪水的过程中,淀内不同位置的水位变化趋势差异较大、出入淀水量不平衡等问题给防洪调度决策带来困扰。文中依据翔实水文监测资料,对平水期、洪水期淀内各水位站的代表性及变化规律进行了分析,并初步揭示了影响水位代表性的主要影响因素,可为更加科学地使用白洋淀内各点水位提供借鉴,为防洪调度、雨洪资源利用提供技术支撑。
