Abstract: At present,there are some problems in Cangzhou＇s science and technology talent policy,such as the lack of pertinence to the introduction of high wall talents and the lack of competitiveness of policy content,Cangzhou policy makers and implementers should pay attention to the importance of science and technology talent policies,strengthen the pertinence of policies,and strengthen the competitiveness of policy contents.This paper analyzes the development strategic opportunities faced by Cangzhou＇s scientific and technological innovation,and puts forward some suggestions to formulate and improve the scientific and technological talent policy to promote Cangzhou＇s innovation driven breakthrough,which has a certain guiding significance for Cangzhou to promote the gathering of excellent scientific and technological talents,promote scientific and technological innovation activities,and help Cangzhou regional innovation and development.

摘要： 目前,沧州市科技人才政策存在对高端人才引进缺乏针对性、政策内容缺乏竞争力等问题,沧州政策制定及执行者应重视科技人才政策的重要性,加强政策的针对性,强化政策内容的竞争力。文中分析了沧州科技创新面临的发展战略机遇,提出制定和完善科技人才政策促进沧州创新驱动突破的建议,对沧州促进优秀科技人才集聚、推动科技创新活动、助力沧州区域创新发展,具有一定的指导意义。
