摘要： 伴随着新一轮科技革命的到来,世界产业格局面临深度调整,对后发国家的赶超战略造成巨大冲击。在此大趋势下,沧州传统产业面临新的机遇与挑战。文中以"新一轮科技革命"为驱动,探讨传统产业如何改造提升,以转变思维、创新驱动推动沧州新一轮经济创新发展。

Abstract: With the advent of the new round of scientific and technological revolution，the world industrial structure faces deep adjustment，which has huge impact on the catch-up strategies of the later modern countries.Under this general trend，the traditional industry of Cangzhou faces new opportunities and challenges.Driven by“a new round of science and technology revolution”，this paper discusses the issue of how traditional industries can be upgraded to promote a new round of economic innovation and development in Cangzhou innovative thinking.
