大运河沧州段生态服务功能价值评估研究

摘要: 文中通过评估大运河沧州段生态服务功能的现状,研究分析大运河沧州段提供的生态产品价值及其转化途径,建立了大运河沧州段生态系统服务功能评估体系,包括供给、调节、文化、支持4项功能12项指标。根据联合国千年生态系统评估的分类方法,采用替代工程法、市场价值法、支付意愿法等方法进行价值现状的计算,结果表明,2020年大运河沧州段生态系统服务功能的价值量为413.862亿元。该结果为推进沧州区域生态与经济的可持续发展提供理论支撑。

Abstract: By evaluating the current situation of the ecological service function of the Cangzhou section of the Grand Canal, this paper studied the value of the ecological products provided by the Cangzhou section of the Grand Canal and their transformation ways, and established the evaluation system of the ecological service function of the Cangzhou section of the Grand Canal, including 12 indicators of 4 functions, such as including supply, regulation, culture and supporting. According to the classification method of the United Nations Millennium Ecosystem Assessment, the substitution engineering method, market value method, willingness to pay method and other methods were used to calculate the value status quo. The results showed that the value of the ecosystem services of the Cangzhou section of the Grand Canal would be 41.3862 billion yuan, providing theoretical support for promoting the sustainable development of the ecosystem and economy in Cangzhou city.
