沥青结合料高温性能评价指标研究综述

Review on the High Temperature Performance Evaluation Indexes of Asphalt Binder

摘要: 选用不同的指标来评价同一沥青结合料的高温性能可能会得出完全不同的结果,为快速准确地分析沥青结合料的高温性能,选取合适的评价指标则尤为重要。文中总结了针入度、软化点、60℃动力粘度等常规指标和车辙因子在评价沥青结合料高温性能时的局限性;介绍了新指标改进型车辙因子G*/(sinδ)9、粘性蠕变劲度Gv和不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr,分析了新指标的特点,综述了采用各指标取得的研究成果;最后,为我国相关规范的修订提出建议并对未来发展进行展望。

Abstract: Using different indicators to evaluate the high temperature performance of the same asphalt binder may get different results. In order to quickly and accurately analyze the high temperature performance of asphalt binders, it’s very important to select a suitable evaluation index. Firstly, this article summarizes the limitations of conventional indicators such as penetration, softening point, 60℃ dynamic viscosity, and rutting factor in evaluating the high temperature performance of asphalt binders. Secondly, new indicators are introduced, including modification rutting factor G*/(sinδ)9, viscous part of complex shear modulus Gv and non-recoverable creep compliance Jnr, then the characteristics of these new indicators are analyzed and research results obtained by using each indicator are reviewed. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions for the revision of relevant norms in my country and the future development is prospected.
