沧州市节水型社会建设评估指标体系构建及应用

Study on the Method of System Construction of Water-saving Society Assessment Index in the City of Cangzhou

摘要: 为了准确评估沧州市各县(市、区)节水型社会建设水平,文中在筛选出能够代表沧州市各区域特点的、操作性强的15个核心评估指标的基础上,构建了符合沧州市区域特点的节水型社会建设水平评估指标体系。结合当前综合评价方法的实际应用情况,根据沧州市节水型社会建设的实际,确定沧州市节水型社会建设水平评估采用层次分析法,在确定了指标体系中各元素的权重(包括准则层和指标层)后,对黄骅市和肃宁县2个典型市、县进行了评估,结果表明黄骅市和肃宁县节水型社会建设水平均处于良好阶段。

Abstract: In order to accurately evaluate the water-saving society construction level of all counties(city,district)of Cangzhou,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of water-saving society in line with the regional characteristics of Cangzhou based on the 15core evaluation indexes screened to be representative and strongly operational.According to the construction of water-saving society of Cangzhou and the application of current comprehensive evaluation methods,the Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied in this paper to evaluate Huanghua and Suning as two examples after the weights of various elements in the index system have been determined.The results show that the construction level of watersaving society of Huanghua and Suning is in good condition.
