Abstract: The reasonable use of water resources is the inevitable requirement of sustainable development,as well as the essential condition of sustainable development,and it has a significant role in the sustainable development in our country.In this paper,starting from the connotation of sustainable development,the concept of water resources rational allocation and carrying capacity in the sustainable development is briefly analyzed.Then based on the relationship between water resources reasonable allocation and carrying capacity with sustainable development,the reasonable application strategy of water resources is put forward to provide guidance and reference for the future research work.

摘要： 水资源合理运用是可持续发展中的必然要求,也是实现可持续发展的必备条件,在我国可持续发展道路中有着重大作用。文中从可持续发展内涵出发,对可持续发展下的水资源合理配置和承载能力的概念进行了简要分析,然后基于水资源合理配置和承载能力与可持续发展的关系,提出了水资源合理运用策略,以期为今后的研究工作提供指导及借鉴。
